Pls does anyone know how to use the xenon flash as a flashlight or do i need a 3rd party app to do it? Cus i tried putting it in video mode and recording with the flash on but only the red led comes on. Pls help me on how to do it i'll really appreciate

yah, got my n82 also... i really love this phone and seems to be almost perfect... But it seems their is a problem on its video recording at night time, their is no video light at all, only the red LED will light up which is not enough for night video recording. anyone who knows how to install a video light for the my n82?

for those having problems installing 3rd party applications on their N82, it is cus d apps are unsigned. All you have 2 do is to hack the phone 2 support them ie by installing darkharious. I hacked mine and there's no more certificate error problems

Not all N82 are upgradable to V35. Some regions will have the upgrade first and some would be able to upgrade at a later time. Use Nokia Ovi Suite when upgrading your phone. It identifies whether your phone is ready for update or not and identifies any possible upgrade for your phone alone including maps 3.0 etc.

jazzzz, 15 Jan 2010its goodi have a question..my friend have a n82 v20 and he want to update the latest firmware v35..but when i try updating using NSU, it just show v20..that means I cannot update it to v35. is it possible to v20 jump to v35..? or should i update it using phoneix..? please help me..because i don't have a problem when i update my firmware from v31 to v35

RLAAMJR., 11 Jan 2010just got my N82 again. nokia replaceD a new lcd to my nokia N82.My n 82 xuddenly developed two three small dots consecutive.the phone hasnt fallen from hands.and i dont knw how it started to appear,i purchased from uae and now in india i dont get warranty for that..any clue..wat happened to ur phone

I`ve done some research on forums before getting a second hand N82.It`s used more than a year and it`s good as new.All functions works properly and the camera is superb.I bought it for around 140$ and I think it`s a fair deal.I`m overall very happy with my N82 black.

N82 also features demand paging in its OS which optimizes RAM usage. It means that no matter how hard you try, you cannot deplete all available RAM even if you open up all the applications on your phone.
