Hasan, 16 May 2009So u r telling that megapixel is not a factor to take good ... moredude higher megapixel donot means that ur pic will look good.a good image processing is required to make good picture.megapixel only increase the size of a picture not its quality.and in low light condition megapixel will not help u in taking good pic is the proper light source which is needed.megapixel is only useful when u see ur pic in a big screen.but most of us use 15inch monitor.for that size 5 megapixel is enough.company increases the the megapixel count inorder to attract foolish customers like u .becoz most of the customers believe that higher megapixel means good picture quality.that is not the case factors mentioned by aron is required for good pic

Now let's see what we got here - N82
1)Awful design and cheapy feel
2)Awful and unusable keypad
3)pitty of a battery life
4)pitty of a small screen with max brightness equal to N958gb lowest level lol
5)no gaming keys
6)position of the keys is less then optimal
7)bulky and chunky candybar even more than sliders lol
I think it's the worse N-series phone ever built - it has no style, just an average photo-phone - boring as hell....bljak hahahahha

The key factors to having a professionally-looking camera shots are:
1.Megapixel count (at least 5MP)
2.High quality optics and lens
3.Advanced image processing algorithm
4.Xenon flash
The N82 has all of the above.

Then nokia should provide 0.1mp camera with dual xenon flash in their high end phones. What a bloody intelligency u showed! I think nokia will prefer my proposal to make their cost lower in giving cameras in their phones and earn a lot!!!

subho, 15 May 2009xenon is missing from it.and i think it will be priced insa... moreYes, but i think 8mp with led is better than 5mp with xenon. Therefore i8910 has other most attractive camera feature's that n82 hasn't. And price? May be high. If too high, then i will go for secondhand.

By the way, I also owned N95.
N82 is better than N95 (based on my experience)

Hallo..
Just got this phone last week (Black N82) Have replaced my P990i.. After 3 days the upper part speaker does not function anymore.. Dunno what happened.. It never been dropped or whatever.. Good thing it has Nokia warranty.. After 2 days, Nokia was able to fix it and they advised that the reason is FAULTY SPEAKER!.. I was so disappointed but still I can say that this handset is the best phone I ever had...

But so far N82 still remains the one and only handset in my mind and in my hand. We should appreciate each other because we are the peoples under the same flag of Nokia.

Hello
I want to make my screen brightness awesome. But my phone has latest firmware, so HelloCarBide is not working with this firmware. I tried another n82 which has V20 and worked properly. I think my firmware doesn't allow HelloCarBide. What should I do? I really want to make my phone's screen brighter, and I want to keep my current firmware as well. Anybody who can help me, please?

We can't hold on N82 neither N95-8GB for a lifetime. Someday they'll be outdated and we're gonna change them with another better handset. Both of them will not stand the test of time because too many newer & younger heroes are waiting for enter the battle and they are have new advanced weapons that N82 and N95-8GB didn't have, but I guess N82 will become a legend, a true legendary handset released by Nokia.
