N79's procesor is a step back since its only a single core, N82 has dual core
N82 and N95 8gb so far are the fastest Nseries.
N79 has lower specs than N82.. read reviews!!

this phone is above the exelent limit ..best image quality,dvd videos recording,nice sound,2gb mmc and tv out cable included in the box..the only 1 disadvantage of this phone is battry back up is 4.20 hrs..but not so bad..

the phone has the same software with n77.. they have almost the same features except that n82 is wifi and has 5 mp camera but it has no TV

well i was wandering back and forth on all sorts of phone..i was thinkin of what i really wanted in a phone that has all,although n82 is not that small,stylish and touchscreen but it still has it all..you dont need a camera because you have it on your phone,especially when your on a bar that is so dark..then internet you have wifi,then Gps then 3g..sound is not as good as walkam phones but it is still clear and crisp..as for gaming i have a psp..so i have everything now..hahah..

it scratches easily..used d silver one for a while n less dan a month,it looked like i'd been usin it 4 a year..i thnk d black is beta.

heyy..thinking of buying N series phones..bt im attracted to the latest 5800,N79 and N85..bt my bu8dget is beyong those prices as its a new model..so i should either choose N82,N96 or N95(8GB)??im looking for great sound(headphones or plug-in-earpiece),good speaker quality,bright and clear screen,no lags plss,im nt into those web browsers..so which phone best suits me..reply a.s.a.p ! thx :)

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970the xenon flash does make diference. a HUGE diference, especially when needed. if you are talking about N95 8GB, you choose between bigger screen or xenon flash. N82 has a "3D accelerate chip" like N95`s one. N82 is FAST too.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970N95, the silver one, the first, I dont think that it is a good deal anymore. it doesnt suport flash in the web, and it has just 64 of ram. the battery is awful!! Man, buy N82, it still is the very best mobile phone. The only thing is the size of the buttoms, like some SE phones, but you`ll get used to it.

For ppl hell software available at mosh just register and get everything almost anyhow this cell is slow than most other N with arm processor may be due to no graphic accelator or downgraded arm at 332 i thought it would a minor one but its not i ll return it tomorrow for a swap with 5800 or N79 also net hangs after some downloads i isnt like the white version which was brilliant reason ? ? ?

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970You should get the N82 if you want to take better pictures with its Xenon Flash or get the N95 if you want a big screen.
If these facts don't bother you then just get whichevers cheaper .They're practically the same anyway

i have been using n82 for about 2 weeks now! so far, VERY satisfied with it...no lags/freezes. Best camera coz of the xenon flash! As for music, just buy a SONY headset! and believe me, you don't wanna turn up the volume to its peak coz it will be very loud! and of course the sound quality will be AMAZING! TRUST ME! it just needs a good pair of HEADSET(would recommend sony).
