celladik, 10 Oct 2008Bro can you share your camera settings for day light shots ... moreRight now I can give u my night & indoor camera settings. I need more testing for the day settings. Here it is –

        Sequence Mode: Auto
        Flash: On
        Color tone: Vivid
        White balance: Auto or Cloudy
        Exposure: + .5 or 0.0
Sharpness: Soft (Normal only if close-up mode)
        ISO: Medium

Key things: High ISO – More noise; High Sharpness – More noise

I’m no camera expert; I’ve selected these settings based on lots of night & indoor testing. U should test & see wat each setting do.

N82 looks cheap when put next to N85! N85 will be my next phone! N82 bores me a lot. The dual slide design of N85 plus its N81-ish design backed up by high quality, non-glossy materials is very "high-tech". Admit it. Candybar design is boring and there's nothing much that can be done about it. Dual slide design gives so much flexibility and versatility. N85 is the best Nseries!

                                  1)Degrading the EV-exposure to -1 or -1.5
2)Putting the white balance in sunny-condition
3)always put the object facing the light dont put the camera facing the light and the object behind u gonna get a dark scene .. to solve it the onlt soln. is to increase the EV-exposure to +1 or +1.5 to lightnen ur dark object BUT every other detail will be white

UI, OS, Camera, Flash, Screen, Resolution everything improved but battery remains the same. No revolutionary changes had been seen in this technology. It’s not for Nokia but for almost every manufacturer. So it will be unfair to blame only Nokia as everybody else stuck with the same battery technology. But there is hope and that is –
