what are you all talking about, this phone is another great thing messed up!!! They got everything so nicely put all together and they screwed up on the end! Yes you got it right, the BATTERY !!! It's soooo no good that even the fact that nobody is talking about how long it lasts proofs that the battery is reaaaaally no good! Could've been the king but now he's only looking at the throne without been able to sit on it!

The N82 is the best combination between a phone and a camera. The wi-fi in a good feature allso...It takes the best picture that i've seen (talking about phones now) and is brilliand as a phone allso(talktime signal etc) I think that for someone that wants a phone with a calssic design it's the best choice. I'll allways buy nokia handsets and I hope that the future phones will be better and better...

The camera hardware of N82 & N95 is same. That’s why most of the review did not find any significant difference between them in daylight pics. In day light or Night N82 can take good pics if u know how to configure the camera settings. If u always depend on “Auto mode” then ur missing a lot of potentials that N82 can deliver.
In night N82 is unbeatable even the Samsung Inov can’t beat it. N82 shines in the dark where others fade way. By the way, we are not vampires, we are The Dark Knights!!!!!!!!!!!

hello dark knight pipz! Lol. M a proud owner of n82. I have a question to ask. Early this morning, i tried updating my phone to its latest firmware, aftr downloading the 114mb file, the software updater said phone recovery, and it asked me to do this 3 steps: 1. Remove the battery and the charger 2. Insert the battery and connect the charger 3. Press the power key.. I did this for how several times but still wont update my phone. Whats the problem with this? Pls anyone help, im dying and desperate. Hehe thanks - the dark knight owners!

n95 with v30 firmware is still better than n82 with v30 firmware also. n95 takes better quality pics in daylight. n82 only good in low light. most people take pics in daylight. only vampires take pic at night.

I bought a N82 about 3 months ago.
I have a question now.
After I slide open the cover of the lens of the camera, I can take photos already. If I click "exit", it will go back to the standby screen (portrait). For my phone, it changes to "landscape" first in few seconds (for the standby mode) before it turns to portrait for the standby screen. Is this ok or normal? Something wrong? Same thing happens when I do not click "exit" but I straight away close the cover of the lens. The standby screen will be in landscape first (in few seconds) before it change to portrait.
Please advise.

As “celladik” mentioned if ur going to use the phone for only business purpose then E71 and If ur going to use the phone for multipurpose along with business purpose then N82. N82 indeed a all-rounder.

teepeee, 08 Oct 2008hey ppl.. can somebody tell me how to off the clicking soun... moreU can’t. But I heard that in some version (different countries) u can turn off the sound. If u really need to turn off u can download 3rd party application which will turn off the sound like “CCam”.
