Jose De Andrade, 05 Aug 2008It doesn't matter the country of origin of your N82 not obs... moreThe N82-5 RM-314 is not for all Asian countries. It's being sold only within Mainland China. Infact, when you go to Hong Kong and buy a N82 there, it's most likely that N82-1 is the one you will get and not N82-5 which circulates within Mainland China only. N82-5 RM-314 was made for China because 3G and wifi are prohibited there.

        kal, 05 Aug 2008hi what's IMO?Lmao at the nub
        gtfo

Ok, in all seriousness I was wondering... The buttons seem to be really tiny, how would someone with really really big hands use the keypad. Especially someone overweight with fat fingers.

It doesn't matter the country of origin of your N82 not obstant IT DOES MATTER that you ensure that your N82 is a N82-1...
N82-1 (RM-313)=GSM Quadband, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA and Wifi (N82's full version)
N82-5 (RM-314)=GSM Quadband and EDGE (Only for the asian market)
There's a dude right here in the forum who says that his N82 doesn't display the 3G indicator... I'm afraid that his N82 is a N82-5...

The software on this phone is terrible! my buttons have stop working many times now (4th time) due to the bad software. Even with the latest update on firmware.

Thanks to all of you. I have now reinstalled the latest firmware once again and luckily still now I haven't any problem about hanging till now. But I would like to have a suggestion should I go to Nokia care about this problem that I had mentioned earlier?? What do you say Buttons Up?? I have bought this phone only last month i.e. on 1st July, 2008.

how many days normally Nokia takes to resolve such issues, any idea?? I am in New Delhi, India......
