    This phone is great (I don't have it yet)
    Currently im using N73, It's very good & perfect upgrade from N73 to N82.

    Guys I think that Nokia Loser guy, he's kind a small Kid (15 years maybe) He's defending that SE Eperia X1. He's a SE fanboy all the way.

    Go & get a life & don't act like a stupid

      LOL... I'm also switching from a K790 to an N82 in a couple of days. No real reason, I just feel I need a change from SE. I had a Samsung before this.
      I have no hate to spew about SE. I like my k790. Fantastic battery life, good camera. It's a little banged up 'cos I dropped it in the mosh, but nothing serious. I hope the N82 lives up to the hype. 2 extra megapixels and all that fancy symbian goodness.

        I bought the black version and i have only one thing to say: AMAZING.

        -Camera : incredible picture and video recording quality!

        -GPS and WIFI: working very good and fast.

        -Battery life: average usage for 2 complete days without charging again! Not bad for a Nokia.

        -Games and application: you can install so many useful program like a dictionary, Activity monitoring, sports tracker, google maps and many more apps and games...

        -Keypad: easy to use, enough space between every keys.

        -MP3 player: the sound is clear but could be louder with the headphone. The external speakers are loud enough!

        -Browsing the web: just like your PC, but with a smaller screen.

        Overall this phone is just an amazing device for the price ($480USD) You will not be disappointed that's for sure! Features VS price VS quality: by far better than any other smartphone in the market right now!

        P.S: SE experia X1 is already out of date, before the phone become available to buy, lol, why?

        SE experia X1 has no:

        -no xenon flash
        -no TV out
        -only 3.2MP camera
        -only 65K color screen
        -Heaviest SE phone ever build 145g
        -Very expensive price: $899USD --- http://www.cellhut.com/Sony-Ericsson-XPERIA-X1-Unlocked-4824.html

        SE mean: S t u p i d E l e p h a n t
        Can't believe i had a K800 before this amazing N82!

          AFAIK, Hard reset won’t delete the OS.

                  hey...guys...i notice that there is a feud between all of u...about th k850 and n82..i somehow think that the n82 produces great pictures,and n82's xenon flash is stronger compared to k850...but the k850 has one potential...and only meaning one...it has a 3led video light...which i think isnt strong...

                      @RxdT

                      thanks but i still have one doubt. Does it mean that the hard reset will clear everything including the OS.

                      @everyone

                      Sony Ericson's share in global market : 9%
                      Nokia's share in the global market : 27-30%

                      Market share as of 2008 and figures are approximated.
                      This means that even if nokia stops producing fones right now, it will take atleast 2-3 more years for se to overcome those figures.

                            @The killer

                            Hard reset: *#7370# or *#res0# - Full phone format, wipes everything clean. Default security code 12345 until changed by the user.

                            Soft reset: *#7780# - Phone reset, clears settings without deleting most data. Default security code 12345 until changed by the user.

                            Last hope: Turn off the mobile device. Then press and hold “3", the “Green button” and “*” - Turn on and keep holding the keys untill the mobile phone restarts and prompts to enter details.

                              @ nokia loosers

                              u stated:

                              1.) touchscreen.

                              big deal with touchscreen. u gotta keep cleaning from dirt n stuff.

                              2.) 500+ mhz processor like xperia x1 have.

                              wow 500+ cpu but N82 has Dual Core CPU. and Graphic Accelerator.

                              3.) vga

                              yep vga at low colour resolution lol. nseries have 16 million.

                              4.) long battery life like xperia x1 have.

                              obiosuly x1 it needs powerful battery coz its running windows mobile 6.1

                              5.) built-in metal like se and not plastic like nokia.

                              Metal well problem for se not for nokia. nokia use plastic so ur phone dont be heavy. x1 gona be heavy due to the use of metal so ull have brick in ur pocket lol...

                              6.) 4 led flash which is better than 1 xenon flash

                              4x flash LED u make me laugh. even dual LED notihng compared to Xeon. so imagine dual led x2 = 4 it still wont make a difference at all !

                              oh btw have u ever seen sony ericsson make a symbian phone running Xeon Flash or Cyebershot Camera? THe answer Nope coz they cant do it ! Nokia made N82 wid Xeon Flash in a Symbian OS.

                                  A guy down here is so frustrated bout the fact that his top of the line fone(which isnt out yet) is not getting any attention.

                                  He's gone crazy and i guess when he's not on his pc, he runs behind people and tells them what his fone has got.

                                  Omg, 4 leds stronger than xenon. Making me laugh. We are talking bout the actual xenon flash of n82 and not the crap ones that other brands use(no need to mention the brands).

                                      Try to run the phone without the memory card; If phone runs normally without memory card then the memory card is causing the problem. 3rd party application can also cause the prob. Try hard reset the phone & format the memory card.
                                      If even then the problem exists, take it to care center.
