Just one more tip,,if you use the camera make sure you close the switch at back because i forget wen ive done videoing etc and press red key to carry out next task..This leaves the app open in background and allows dust to get on the lens..

Bluetooth/wi-fi off when not needed,,
Cell info off,,to do this go to mssages>>options>>settings>>cell broadcast>>options>>settings>>reception off/topic detection off
F-secure anti-virus set to manual update and firewall off ie, set to allow all traffic,,
Close apps you are not using including firewall and music player which run in background YOU HAVE TO EXIT FROM THE APP ITSELF not from menu button,,
Turn lighting down from full to next notch it only really makes a very slight briteness adjustment but helps and set backlight and power saver time out to 20 second both of them and allways set them to equal values because if light goes out why not activate power saver at same time???
Turn off service messages and download messages manually on same page...messages>>option>>settings>>service message
Switch packet data connection to WHEN NEEDED ,,settings>>connection>>packet data>>when needed

IT got a test against lg viewty on gadget show tonight ch5 uk and won and the presenter suzzy perry has one so she has upgraded from her n95-1 she had last year...IT seems more popular because of its size yet contains the best spec on the planet

Only one thing to say! AMAZING!
-Picture and video recording quality are just incredible!
-GPS is working very good and fast!!
-Browsing is the same as my PC.

i have an n73,
its display is so bright..
so talking about brightness of lighting only..
I've learned that n82 lacks some brightness....
is it true...
or is the display just as bright as n73?
i don't know about you but for me, if it does lack screen brightness then it's really a spoiler...

The SE K850 is the stupid phone for me because it does not hold wifi,symbian,GPS,the great RAM memory,internal memory,TV out,Processor speed at 335 mhz etc,where N82 hold all these facility.by the way N82 overcomes N95 in all the feauture including RAM, Xenon flash.So my final conclusion is N82 is best,I am going to buy it soon.

Buy Nokia n82 to feel the best.The camera is fantastic.For camera lover it is the best choice to go with nokia n82..It kicked back SE k850i...But the keypad too small to press..It lacks the thickness..Nokia could make it 15mm to attract more customer..

Does it mean the possibility of mistakenly touching the center of the d-pad is lesser?
Is texture of the black the same as that of the black n73/n70?

I managed to touched a black N82 here in cebu, philippines at a local store, and here are my observations: the softkey buttons (left, right, menu, c) and call & end buttons are much clickier now. Firmware version is V20.0.062.

i install to many call recorder with right keygan but when i restart it say 15 day trail .
is there is any software for call recording freeware ??

updated my firmware/software whatever u call it and wow,the loudspeaker sound has gone up considerably man.wud advice all to update.i wud like to know how to install the maps?i downloaded the latest version of the maps from the net but when i'm trying to upload it in my cell it asks me to first install the previous maps???????someone please help me out
