just got my black n82 last week. amazing phone just the end key in not that responsive and has little gliches

ADVICE.I`am a symbian user from the first one launched by nokia (7650),but a phone so bad like this one(nr n82) i`ve never had.I buyed n82 and then i sell it half a price just to get ride of him beacose its very very enoing.The display its very very disapointing,N73 rocks N82,and the cover its very slicky,u must polish it every day.People dont buy this phone only beacose its new,listen to me:ITS Horse S..t.I`am very disapointed.

Some one said earlier about pressing right side of d-pad and look at left side to see ribbon type cable,,,its true,, their is a set of 4-5 thin copper wires attached to d-pad?? anyway DO NOT force d-pad just put keypad light on to just see the cable...
I went away yesterday for day trip and used fone quite a lot with about 10 mins of full resolution video recording included to test a theory...I wanted to see if video stabilisation decayed video quality and i think it does...Altho it does help shakiness it does not help with panning shots it causes minor jumps in smoothness of panning and using the digital zoom at full zoom it can cause a bit more pixellation than when anti-shake is off..What we have always got to remember is digital zoom/stabilisation is electronic trickery it does not even compare to its optical counterparts but video quality is extremely good with colour sharpness and speed ,,, i am using standard def 21 inch tele and supplied cables and you can also use tele for all other apps including slideshow,, web,, etc there is so much in the fone and smaller than n958gb i could go on and on but its all there for you to explore

the version of n82 black is 20.0.062, manufactured is this year feb 2008. i think is new version as compared to the silver one. go for the black one, even though is a bit more ex then the silver one, worth it! though the keypad is small but its nice to press once u are use to it... so overall, like wht i mention, its a good phone, smaller and lighter then N95 - 8gb and the sound is solid when u plug in your ear piece for music...

All the people with the Silver one will be very annoyed if the Black N82 is louder an upgraded all ready,thats what annoying thing i had with my last 2 Nokia mobiles,i got the N73 in Silver then a couple of months after the Black Music Edition came out,then i got the N95 in Silver then All of a sudden the Black 8gb N95 was released thats why i did not jump into getting the N82 as you learn what Nokia routenes are,but now i think Nokia have at last stopped using the reconditioned material to make the Silver ones an are releasing there new batch of mobiles in Black at last

I've updated my N82 to feature pack 2 by downloading new FP2 SDKs, it's excellent. Don't try this if u're not a programmer though.

NO way current devices running S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 be updated to Feature Pack 2.

is it really true that the black N82 is better than the silver one??? i need help... and my version is v 10.0.046 of silver n82
can any one please tell me how to update the version??? and is this possible to install in the n82 the new s60 9.2 feature pack 2 present in n96... please reply by mail... thanks in advance,,,

Great phone, seems to beat n95-2 on almost every front, definatly beats regular 95 on everything. Only problems i've experienced so far is a bug with the downloading app (seems to bug out with vodafone NL only, rest of the providers seem to work... if anyone knows a sollution for this, please lemme know), that, and the front cover seems to come off a bit, allowing dust to get in the phone. Still, altogether this is the best phone nokia provided so far

The latest version of titanium is V11. Black is V20.

i can't confirm it but i don't think so. Whether it's titanium or black as long as the titanium has the latest version then they'll be identical in performance.

Is this true that Black N82 is better than the Titaniums one even if it's upgraded already? Black N82 got higher speaker volume than the original one as they said and faster too...damn I already bought a Titanium one....grrrrrrrrrrrr.

wondering if nokia will make a digital camera.. if N82 is a digital camera i'd definitely buy this one bec of the xenon flash.. just because of that IMHO

i also have read the specs. through the web.. interesting..
but some people said n95 is better..
to me i just want a small hp with cool equipments..
can anyone gives comments?
