Good News the N82 as been voted the Best Camera Mobile in 2008 so Nokia wins it again as last year it was the N95 an before that the N80 won it ,i am dying to get or see the Black N82 as it looks alot better than the Silver one i think,to see this news go onto www.mobile-review.com

idrew,,i have not heard of n82 without wi-fi sounds odd to me,,wi-fi is a hardware component and not added by software upgrade or reflashing phone..Most models are optimised for that particular part of world and you would have to find the aussy software somewhere and the best place is a nokia software center..GEtting the correct 3g bands and gsm bands is another issue ??

My phone is n82
I have 2 problem:
1- my phone camera after adjust setting and closing the lens protector refers to default mode.
2-My phone can not open some programs as like .sis or java.

i have my nokia n82 silver.. I really love this fone.. As of now, i do not encounter any major problem. i just dont know if why is that some images that i capture is not in a whole screen? can somebody help me/ But i love this fone! the best fone today! its so fast, the battery last long and the images are so fine wid its 5 megapixels!

Hey guys, i recently bought an N82 off my friend.. at the time i thought it was an n82 with all the bells and whistles but it turns out its the n82 without the wifi edition :( not happy. i think my friend got the phone from asia or something as it has the asian symbols next to the numbers.
My question is can i somehow format the phone or install the AUSTRALIA firmware? if i try to use the gps option when searching for a connection point it has asian access points. plus little things like snake isnt in english :(
If anyone has any ideas please email me !

I'm a huge admirer of Nokia phones and when I heard a candybar phone with all the features of the N95 was coming out I was excited. This was because it was the perfect phone to replace my aging N70. But to my disappointment, once released I realized it had a very un-user friendly keypad - small numeric keys, rocker style selection keys and an oddly placed media key. Now I'm thinking of getting a N95 8GB, even though I don't really like slider style phones, just because it has a more user friendly keypad. Although it looks good in black, I'm very disappointed in the design. I don't know why Nokia picked it and hope they'll improve it somewhat in future.

Charge untill it indicates it's full. u don't need to charge more than that or the baterry will be damaged.

dude titanium is not a finger print magnet unlike the black n82 ( black = fingerprint )

recently i have taken N82 black. i love these phone too much
.the camera and xenon is too good
.music is amazing
.display is briliant
now i have only 1 problem how much time it take to full charge and from where i download the freeware software

i think N82 is also from china..
i think you are referring to CLONED PHONES not "made in china".. think of a better term next time BRO..

This fone rocks! i have the tatanium one.. but im excited to change the case into black coz im irritated with the fingerprints! the black, its so elegant.. i have seen one and it laready available here in the phil. its about 19k+. and i also saw china fone of n82.. :( it costs 6k.. Im so fu** up wi those kinds of phone. people buying it trying to pretend that they have the original one.. They su**!

looking to get rid of my n95 8gb for the black n82. Does anyone know where in the uk i'd be able to get one sim free?
someone told me B4utele did them. Has anyone ever dealt with them? are they any good?

Internet telefone is an app already built into n82 as standard and you can use all other IM in one package because somwhere is an app that handles every IM and its a series 60 piece of software.
I think my fone takes about 1.5hrs to charge i just put it on charge when i get in for next day..When i first buy a fone i do a good 6 full charge/discharge cycles,,after that i just charge every night to full blast for next day giving it a full flattening every weekend..MY fone is on 24/7 ...
What people are using as ringtones is concerning as i use a dance type mp3 at 128kb/second and wma format and plenty loud enuf so so whats going on is odd????
The n82 most people see is in pictures or a dummy unit,,mines shiny titanium coloured front with a herringbone design on back in whitish/grey plastic and solid as hell.
