@ kurdi,, you cannot take photo if using camera as their is only one screen,ha ha..
Seriously,,,,,
This is what i did,,i switched on wi-fi to scan every minute,,turned on bluetooth,,left web open,,played music full blast then took 5 mpixel photos with xenon flash on and all that happened was music paused for milliseconds whilst photo was taken..
Remember they say you cannot run out of RAM or get memory errors unless pushed purposly to crash but as yet have left allsorts open in background and all is fine..ITs got double the amount of RAM as original n95-1 and lots better battery stamina and thats really true because n95-1 battery just disappears sometimes it went from 4 bars to battery warning within 5 minutes when i was changing apps for eg coming off web to start playing music,,n82 has hugely better power.

Its should be awesome n complatly phone n ceepest that nokia release ever had.. Compare to N95 8gb n N96.. But does N82 have good perfome? for in case if we using camera, music, GPS all togather.. Can this stuff standalone and not geting HANG..? N how about the camera resulth ? Does it as well as Cybershot result? Even equiped carl zeiss n xenon? Why I still doubt about it?

hi again. your warranty will not be void if you update your phone personally given that you use nokia software updater, and not by any other means.
and regarding your other question, the phone which is sold here in the philippines is preloaded with one song and a video. i think nokia did it for well, testing...

yes its true, the headset that comes with the N82 box has only a volume control and answer key for calls. i was also dissapointed when i noticed it when i bought my phone, i mean this is also an N-series device right,but why did nokia decided to put that kind of headset with the retail package.anyway you can the buy the one with the remote like that of the N82 and the N95-8GB's, but theyre quite expensive.

guys does the headphones that comes with it has a remote with forward/rewind/stop/pause buttons ?
on nokia website they said it has call/end button and volume control only !!

excellent n smart enough in all aspects.only draw back place for wired head set is on top looks very odd when u plug in wired head set.
