This phone only have Xenon Flash rite?
How can it take video at dark places?
Xenon Flash cannot stay on over 1 second or else it will burst rite?
Or does it have a in built LED light for Video Recording at nite?
Appreciate if you guys can help to answer my question. Thank you in advance :)

Maybe 04}f bought some other phone and is now sour graping, a K850 perhaps?. Maybe his other phone simply is inferior compared to N82. Too bad, he found this out only later that N82 is unbeatable!

Come off it Brynn! The keypad on the N82 is terrible! It is not so much the shape of the keys but more the lack of tactile feedback when you press the key. This makes it difficult to type quickly. You crosscheck what you've typed and often find that glaring mistakes have been made because of non-response of the keys.
The best Nokia keypad I've ever used has to be the N93. So comfortable, so tactile. I can type at speed with the N93. Yet something is still missing. That something is a QWERTY. You see T9 predictive text typing has serious limitations:
1)You cannot type in the vernacular language.
2)T9 guesses words so one has to continuously check whether T9 has guessed correctly which delays typing eg the words "share"
"shape" and "phase" are all typed the same way. One must now choose.
3)If one is literate in a language, words can be spelt quickly and accurately without necessarily having to be in the T9 dictionary.

So all said and done I have to say that I wish Nokia had a QWERTY version of this phone to make text input easier. The design could be a slide-out like HTC TyTN II. Just as long as they do not compromise the N series features eg 5MP cam, camcording at VGA; 30fps; WiFi etc

                  Ladies & Gents,
It is really very unusual for me to share in such voting... but I wodered I may be helping some body with my experince gained through selecting my new phone.
Being a field engineer who urgently needs all the options together as well as having a reliable heavy duty phone with no afraids of mechanical or sliding problems I am happy to tell you that I spent 1 week to decide finally that N-82 is the best, relaible & full services mobile in the market right now.
please feel free to e-mail me asking about the mobile you may need according to the options you request .... I studied them all...
                  thanks... Ahmed Samy

Just 2 days till i get my n82 in silver not an n73..I had s/e w610i for a while with same keypad and it was dead easy to use,,instead of a flat button its a little slit which is so easy to find and click it should be a permanent feature of mobile phones

From a land far, far away here. My friend has an N82, he had an N95 but decided to return it to O2 and get the N82 instead. He thinks it's the dog's bits! And i must admit myself that it's an excellent phone, and the keypad isn't as bad as it's made out to be.

The n73 is still a good fone with lower spec than this but a good option and at cheaper price..The n73 when i had it did have slow software but it never crashed on me and i think thats how it did it by good use of procceessor instead of overloading it.Just two days left till get mine in silver.

Definitely the best camera phone in market now, if it has a 3X optical zoom, it will be perfect!

People get lost in the megapixel war instead of choosing the fone for its purpose..I used my n95 for recording voice in mp3 format using a paid for application and used the symbian system for allsorts of things,,ITS my cam,,mp3 player,,radio,, bedside alarm clock,,diary with alarms,,notepad,,weather updater,,news,, sms,,mms,,web browser,,video recorder in vga 30fps mpeg4 format,,games,,stopwatch and on and on,,it makes me wonder if some people use it to its potential instead of just critising it..

Once mines here i will get it set up to what i want it to do not just take a picture and say its better than k850i "who cares" if your into photography get a real camera,,this is a portable swiss army knife but hell it can do a lot for somthing bit bigger than pack of fags..

Some people may buy it cause they have the money and like the design and colour and just txt and talk and thats fine but its awful to pay all that money just to do nothing with it like most people are,,they want a camfone so get the sharp 903??? trouble is the n82 is the best camfone as well so n82 wins that category ..So winner all round really
