I had the n95,n96 and i900 omnia and all of them were hitting up after 1 hour on the net(and i updated them to the latest firmwares). It's understandeble . The omnia after half an hour felt like it had lava in it. I want the phone to have a very good camera and fast web browsing without serious lags. Is that the case with this phone?

Sports, 18 Jul 2010its about while im talking.ive also got I8510 running on S6... moreAs i said earlier i don't know about that. I don't look at the time running while someone is talking to me. I think it is distracting. Not even tried it while using speaker phone. I think you should consider tenma's suggestion. He knows a lot than me and he was a legitimate n82 user.

IF IT WORKS PLE LET ME KNOW.,.,.,.,.,.,
with a slow gps signal.,.,or slow web browsing try and slow GPS tracking at NOKIA MAPS (or other maps) this simple funny trick

well.,., all phone has a WEAK points
well.,. in n82 .,., its hard to see.,.,.,,.,
you can only know its weak points ., when your using it in .,.,about ., 2 months ., complete usage.,
well as i know ., it has a weak points.,.,
Common:
--> well after a long conversation of call..,., or surfing in hours ., and using heavy application that eats your ram .,.,.,.,.,.,., it suddenly heats up.,.,
updating in v35
well it heats up but just a little., warm.,., .,.,
well thay say that its natural and the nature of the phone to heat up .,.,.,because of a lot of CPU usage
and it doesnt have exhauster just like a PC
imagne your phone with Exhauster FAN ., hahaha.,.,

to see the call duration, elapse. or ended,
SETTINGS > PHONE > CALL > SHOW CALL DURATION> YES!
youll see your elapse time of call at the end of calling someone.,
E.G
01:53:20
1 hour - 53 min - 20 sec

I am looking at buying a new Nokia and this phone was ranked pretty high at this site - would you guys recommend buying it or would you suggest any other Nokia model in the same price range?

I was wondering if u could tell me a... moreIf you are talking about the call duration after the call had been made, you can try going to menu and then to tools and then to log. And press log and you will see the call duration there. That's what i do w/ my n95 8 gb and i think is it the same w/ n82 both having the same symbian operating system. If you are talking about seeing the time elapsed while you are talking, i don't know about that.

Looks like this phone does not eny weak points except the uninspired choise is designing the keyboard , in terms of performance it looks to be great. Nevertheless i will be greatfull if enyone would give me a full analysis of the phone(camera,video, net, speed , hanging issues ,quality of the plastic used on the phone) and eny other usefull imformations. Thanks.
