The black version will be released on April here in the philippines.. no document viewer, but it has a Adobe reader preinstalled in mine.. ciao!

I have been using the N82 for almost 5 months now. I should say, IT'S A GREAT PHONE.
There's just one thing that's worrying me. Ironically it's the camera!
I agree in still imaging and closeup and portrait pictures it's almost as good as a any digital camera in details. But what about the areas outside the focus box? especially in a group photo?
Have anyone noticed the excessive stretching or distortion in the images/faces towards the periphery? Although this is seen in any camera to some extend it's little more than i can bear in the n82, compared to some lower standard camera phones.
What do you all silver snappers feel about this??? or is it only me???

I have such a liking for new mobiles that i have almost all new premium releases of Sony Erricsson, Nokia, Samsung and Fly with me. This N82 is the one I am currently using and like it slightly more than others because of its camera and GPRS which is better than K850 of SE. Battery Life is good too. But sometimes its signal reception goes off without any reason that is beyong logic like what Motorola sets used to do. Memory card supplied along with phone is also gud capacity 2 GB but sometimes its impossible to scan card memory, every such time i have to remove card and then insert again for playing it through media player.

Bought N82 about a month and try to maximise the usage of all the available functions and it capabilities.
Reason of buying, (1)To replace my old Nokia phone.(2)Replace my T3 PDA.(3)Replace my Olympus 3.2mp digital camera.(4)Replace my GPS receiver.
Why N82 & not N95 8gb? because of its xenon flash.
Result: N82 is a wonderful 4 in 1 compact equipment and the most advanced available in market.
1) For sure far better than my old Nokia.
2) It can search in second on my over 1000 club members detail on Excel spreadsheet format, much much faster than my T3 PDA. And can also download a lot of symbian softwares from internet.
3) The 5mp camera with xenon flash and 30fps video recordingis far better than my Olympus.
4) GPS is as good as but only the screen is a bit smaller than T3.
N82 is much cheaper than buying the slpit units of 4 equipments above and its compact 4 in ONE.

it supports upto 32gb but as of now only 8gb is available which i m usin in my n82

NO doubt a very good phone design, speed, camera specially,video other features BUT the only thing disapointed me is the music side very bad, no clarity and loudness is toooooo low a phone costing 530 usd ooh it really bad

i own this phone for a month
- display sucks(really sucks, any samsung or se its better)
- music player sucks( please nokia, please,volume ? where is it, quality where ?
- plastic and more plastic
- speakerphone its low volume and average
+ camera its the best
flash its everythin,leds suck
+ good gps
+ msn live in it works fabulous
after an iphone, this is a class b product

dude i just got my phone fixed by nokia they seem pretty cool about giving me a new one bluetooth fawk up on me and the speaker is very low and shyt the phone reboots itself sometimes but i like the phone very much worth every penny but just hate the fact i got a defective one shoot i really think nokia should test and test a phone out befor they even release it make sure everything works out and test it again firmware updates is ok to fix and make the phone faster and all but really the hardware whats makes the phone works not firmware and people should wake up to that no ofense but i think its irrational to rely on firmware updates but all and all i got a new phone just hopes it comes earlier

AFAIK, the xenon flesh will not light while recording video. Even if it was possible then it would cause a massive drain on the battery.

This phone is good... but i wanna know when you record a video in the night does the Xenon flash have light or the Xenon flash its just like k800 just xenon doesnt have light for the video recording...could some one helping me with this ??? :D

hm, silver one looks good from the front. Anyway got this phone and loving it. I'm not a heavy user. Making and receiving calls and sms everyday, listening to music on my train journeys to or from work, surfing the web for a while when i'm killing time and my battery last from between 2 to 3 days. I have not experienced any lag. I have come across the system hanging a couple of times though. Just need to restart the phone. The camera's great and the flash's awesome. There's so much more to sing about this phone but i'll just say i have no regrets :) Buy this phone!

Yes. I can really recommend it. If you are alrady used to Nokiamenus you are gonna love this phone. It is the most advanced woth higest specs on the market for that price now. There is also a variety of software that is interesting.

I’m going to buy this phone also. I have read many many forums/articles about this phone. From this experience I can only say that this is arguably the best camphone available on the market and also this phone has less problems then other phones (though it depends from where & whom u are buying this phone).
