the disappointing thing in the n82 that its soud is not louder or equal to the n81 and it not have media keys like the n81 in the mobile and the earphones (( its not a music phone at all )) but i wanna bye it :D

even m interested in buying dis...cos its a great cell....bt its the price...tag that makes me think....over...bt man its a good cell....one of the best perfect imaging device...jst w8 fr some days n let the price...2 come dwn...its gonna come dwn fr sure...!!

i'm a nokia fan as well as sony ericsson. i have used almost all nokia models. quite disappointing this time that nokia has still not introduced touch screen (atleast for this model). that is why nokia is loosing its market in few countries due to the absence of a touch screen. nokia please wake up???. to use gps touch screen is very convenient

i have been using this fone for 5 days now
the device is awesome except for some stuff
music stops occasionally when ur listening through headset
the speaker voice cracks and is not so loud,n73 was lot more better,even 6110 was better
picture quality is the best so far
battery life is pathetic and lasts one day on listening to music for 3 hrs and talking 1 hr
software functions well(ser 60 ver 3.1)
the worst part is the look of the fone on the front,it looks like cheap tin/plastic..
xenon flash and CZ lenses are excellent
but better fone then n95,n81,e90

This phone is the worst phone ever nokia made. The sound is loud but music quality is very bad. Although the camera is 5MP & has Xenon flash like the cybershot k850i but the picture quality is worse than cybershot k810i. It is too bulky & heavy.And other features are average. However i suggest u 2 buy sony ericsson cybershot k850i

the design cover look like a sardines can!!! Why wont Nokia put elegant design cover for this phone and I mean the features are great and complete but the only problem with this phone when you see it at the market places in person, the design cover looks like a sardine can or a coke can...

Does anyone face a problem where the music pauses when played on the headset for 1/10 of a Sec if there are any applications running in the background.

Are you looking for a multimedia phone? You've been reading the right review then: the N82 will offer you everything you would expect. Its camera is top-notch, upgrading what the N95 offered with a real, powerful Xenon flash with excellent focus assistance. The rest of the multimedia (music, videos) is typical for the Symbian 9.2 in the N-series phones and is very good. Of course as in every phone there are some minor drawbacks, like the imperfect design and keyboard, or the sound through the speakers, but overall the N82 offers a lot, in pocket-friendly dimensions. In addition, it is a smartphone, which gives additional advantages over the rival 5-megapixel models, so we highly recommend it.

I think the loud speaker is not as good as N81. If you are really into mp3s go for N81. I use N82 mainly for taking photos when necessary. No need to say, the camera is awesome. The video taken from N82 has the best quality I have ever seen from mobile phone.
The video center of N82 is cool too. If you can connect to wifi, you can watch free videos, there are several video services available, youtube, One TV, and more, and all for free. There is also one Chinese channel I like the most.
I am experiencing the calender function on n82 right now. The events I put down were shown in the front desk which suprised me that this cell phone can do. I thought this function is cool, unlike my privious phones, I have to go in to the calender and then view the events there.
N82 is an excellent phone.

to get rid of those circles or spots when taking pictures at night with a distant subject, use landscape mode instead of just using the auto mode. I can guarantee your pictures will look sharper and clearer this time.

well nice fone
i bought it last night from singapore
the finishing is not so good as it has plastic buttons which look as cheap steel
the series 60 V3 applications lke bible,full screen caller,media safe,themes work easy and full
the buttons are bit tough to play games till ur used to it
battery life is convincing,sound quality is satisfactory and picture quality is awesome ,the xenon flash is real useful
in a nut shell better then N81 /N95/E90
the wifi has instanat connectivity
i love the fone

still a bit hard for me to see myself paying over 500.00 to buy a mobile phone that i will only keep for 1yr
