Good Device.. The Type candy bar has no flex wired on internal device, pls.. If you release new Nokia phone just add Japanese "T9 dictionary" prediction and can read standard "S-JIS" unicode on any region version example European ver. guy's are you agree?

i just want to thank savor, father vince, junkyskunky for their opinions and advice over last couple of weeks but i have just purchased a sony cybershot dsc T-200 digital camera with carl zeiss lens 8.1 mega pixel, 5x optical zoom, face recognition etc etc, all the trimmings. therefore i wont be needing this N82 now. i will just have to carry a phone and a seperate camera with me. now i can just get a simple slim-line mobile to carry around like SE W910 or Nokia 5310/5610

n82 8gig music edition then camera will be cheap and no more expandable card, if that happens ill stll stick to the previous n82..and i think if they do release another n82 sum of its features will be cut..

well i used to love se phones almost all my phones are se and its i love it for it is a stable phone to use but it has less application, then came around n82 which is a very good phone with almost all features u can think of, p1 dont have chance with this phone feature wise, and se phones are sumwhat boring its exciting at first day but 2nd day it seems to be a normal phone and nothin more to do with it but text and call, im sorry se fans but sumtimes u got to admit that n82 is a very good phone, im still se but ill keep this rose amongst the thorn.

This phone definitely wins the award for "Ugliest phone ever produced by Nokia",good features though,and its selling at a better price.

having memory full error when i access help menu, help! But it only happens with mem card inserted, do i have 2 format my card? But i can multi task w/o any probs, i only cant open help menu

This is the best camera phone around no doubt about it.
I love Nokia phones. If you are into photography, this is the best you can get.
But as a music lover, I bought the N81 8GB instead. SQ is equal or better than an iPod/iPhone. I also bought the best all-rounder ever N95 8GB!

Been way to busy at work and sorting out stuff for a network conference in Barcelona. Have'nt had time to post.
Hi to new N82's and nice to see the old crew still moderating stuff on this forum. I'm glad to see the voting is going up.
One thing I'd like to see on the N82 possibly in the next release is a slot for the SDHC and internal HD. Sure it will decrease battery life more but I'm sure they would have to improve that soon hopefully.
Here are 2 cool applications that I am using on my n82 and its:
Qik - www.qik.com
This is a symbian based app to stream live video directly on a site. something like a youtube for mobiles but in "live" view.
Shozu - www.shozu.com
Take you pictures and upload them directly to sites such as your own site via ftp, blogger, facebook, flickr or all in one go with one upload. One thing that is also good is GPS location with the use of flickr.

Hi, I have both the N82 and e61i I prefer the N82 to my E61i. E61i is slow to startup and has less features. max 2gb card only, 2mpx cam, but its a perfect phone for business, qwerty kb is great. The N82 is just much better in everything in comparison to e61i.

This phone in design, features are good and in perfomance not bad, because off now in choose between some sell-operators i prefer and would like to see this phone with this perfomance in DUAL SIMS, i note DUAL SIMS now in some mobiles made in CHINE have dual sims, but why nokia in sleeping? i think this model and others in this moment need have dual system, that dual sim-card slots, it will be better for your company, now it is its place. thanks

A white is coming. Seen real pix of it but no real release date other than Q1 '08. The back is just different. Not sure of black. Only seen photoshopped pix of it. Does look good esp since black helps contrast vids for a brighter look better than silver.

Kath, get N82 if u like a better pix in low light, fast stable OS n more durable form factor. Get N95 if u prefer bigger screen for vids n more wow factor. I got an N82 wid no regrets. I just made a video call wid a N73 user. God, i luv this phone n nokia! Such an underrated fun feature with that secondary cam! N82 brings that quiet confidence in me without needing to be flashy. From someone who used to trash nokia before, ill never underestimate them again.
