Tis quite plain- seen a million of this style of design... bordering on ugly.
N95/8Gb blow it away.

To all SE fanboys saying N82 lags:
I am currently using N82 w/ SanDisk 8GB microSDHC card, although the handset comes with a free Nokia 2GB microSD card. And with the BETA firmware, still no signs of lagging. Will wait for 32GB microSDHC cards to be released. Nokia Care Center guarantees that 32GB will definitely work with this handset, but they are not yet sure w/ Nokia N95.

Yes Nokia have improved on from the N95 Classic but still these Phones lack to be Perfect ! no phones are perfect..

Just ignore voting result, it must be biased.
Agree with u, why dont we stop fighting. And again i agree with u all, n82 great gadget, but i have my opinion, n82 battery life just its weak, and the keypad 2. And a lot people care about those two things.

Hey Y'all!!! We all know that the SE guys are behind the rating... Why don't we petition to have the voting changed according to the number of hits according to the phone and then tally up all the votes. You will notice that the there are more hits on this phone which for sure shows that there are more people have some sort of interest!!! This will make the statistics more accurate and the stop the all the bad trolling and bad voting! What do you think?????? Its you site too!!!

One of my friend got dis phone yesterday(so i had da chance 2 use it).i think its superb.i dunno why u people complain so much abt da design?da design of dis phone is stunning n nothin 2 say abt its features.u will feel like u r carrying a laptop wid u n its lightning fast.well da bettery life is jst average, so wat its not a big deal 2 charge ur phone after every 1.5days.dis phone deserves 10in10 in all department.i hv only 1thing 2 say to da SE fans-shut da hell up!

One more thing it is sold here in INDIA at rupees 24,350 with 2gb memory card.

O guys this phone is awesome 1hour ago my friend bought N82.This is so lightweight and sturdy phone with very good camera awesome flash with red eye reduction.It takes only half a second for processing of final result.Screen is not so big but not so small to compare with N95 but looking crispy.Games are looking great on N82.Buttons are small but easy to operate D-pad is also good.Phone dual speakers are good not so loud but overall sound is good.The UI is very quicky and user friendly screen rotation is automatic and contents are looking great in landscape.
Thats enough i didn't get any extra time to xplore the more features of N82 soon i will narrate the whole story of N82.
Guys if u r confused about this phone dont hesitate to ask questions.

Whats the hype its same as N73 2mm trim thickness,2MPextra xeon flash thatall. 250$ price diff it has same ver 20 firmware as N95. Design is all metallic looks dull unattracted design. Price will come down when SE W960 comes out n Jan 08.

right nokia rules and not for nothing.
it is the best. and why do people think the design is awful....look at the pics in the review, i actually think its the best design in cell phones so far.
and 32gb......................keep it up nokia.

HEY! What's wrong with you people?? Why are you rating this phone so low? This phone deserves a 9, if not a 10!!
You say the design is awful?? HA! It's better than N91 and N73's keypads!!
I tried it in my local shop. I compared the performance of N95 8GB and N82, and I found this phone is better! Even if N95 8GB had a bigger display. The ergonomic candybar form factor makes it the best choice for me. It has everything that N95 has + XENON FLASH!!!
And I don't regret purchasing it because Nokia guarantees that N82 will be ABLE to handle 32GB microSDHC cards if they ever get released!! WOW! Can you believe that? A whopping 32GB!!!

why everybody think i am a se fans?? I am no se fans, and i am not dani or anyone else.
Just come here and look out my colection, there is 3110c, n80, 9500, 6230, 6630, 1110 and 3310. And the best of all for me is 3110c coz never feel so confortable keypad, and great battery life.

Hey blind boy this phone is Silver and fingerprint, pearl white)!!!!!! There is no Brown on this phone!!!!!!
