Nokia should really improve on the materials used to make their N series line-up. How about using metal like stainless steal or aluminum?
They should really try to make a hybrid of an N series phone's features and the build-quality of the 8600 Luna, 8800 Arte etc. It would be a hit!

Hi I was wondering is the 3G on this phone compatible with US 3G carrier such as AT&T. And also does the N85 come with any sort of webbrowser? If so does it display the webpage in full or a compressed version?

The features of this phone are great.

Nokia should really improve on the materials used to make their N series line-up. How about using metal like stainless steal or aluminum?
They should really try to make a hybrid of an N series phone's features and the build-quality of the 8600 Luna, 8800 Arte etc. It would be a hit!

I purchased my Nokia N85 last night and this is a short review what I felt about this phone.
What I liked...
1. Design and make of the phone.
2. The dual speakers are really loud.
3. The lock key at the right side of the phone is very useful.
4. The dual slider is firm.
5. Charges through USB.
6. The display of the phone is awesome.
What could have been better...
1. The camera is poor.
2. Front panel is a finger-print magnet.
3. It is a bit hard to press the calling keys (Green/Red).
5. The light keys on the front panel i.e. menu, delete, and the two selection keys make noises when pressed.
Overall I liked the phone, my rating 8.5/10

joker, 26 Oct 2008u notice sum applications u download no matter wat u cant d... moreI have no problem with adding and deleting applications. I found out the N85 software have some problem such as if you go to options and try to move one of the icons and then go back try t orepeat the same thing then option bottom no fucntion again. You have to off and on the phone to make it work again. I tried on two unit of N85.

I sell my E66 which had alot of problem and boguht the N85 finally. It is not a bad phone. But the push bottoms in front are very hard to push and it is not what I been use to. Also it do not look like a expensive phone specialy if the slide not open. My other phone from Samsung INNOV8 look extremly better. Pacakge same or better than N95. I do not understand why Nokia Pacakge N85 like this? I have no problem with Battery life N85 but I do have problem with Battery life INNOV8 Samsung.

Hi everyone
I buy one N85 some day ago and i must recognize is a very interesting cell phone, but the battery is too small for all aplication that it has.
I must recharge every day listen music with bluetooth stero headset and watching some videos no more 10 minutes long.
I hope Nokia makes a more powerful battery to her new brand N-Series cellphone.

nokia n85 is absolutely a stunning phone with a great features like memory(8gb)not inbuilt but it cums with the box,its display(2.6 inchs),the best thing is the display it very clear more thn n 96,and many more.
its a killer.....

wat a... morethe speaker is good. crisp sound, but remember it is not your home theatre system. its too loud to let you miss a call on a busy road but not loud enough to wake the neighbours.
one more thing....
though the screen is good it fails to perform in bright sunshine....
OLED does have its limitations.....(I experienced it today)

What Difference in Both?
Battery Timing?
Phone Speed?
Ear Peace Volume?
Multimedia Volume?
Contacts Fields Search is Like Nokia E71 and is there option for Searching the files Like in E71?
What about Phone Speed as i have Over 1100 Contacts Previous E90 was Slow after Saving these Contacts what in Both?
What about Message Field is it fast like Nokia E71?
What about Navi Wheel is it Friendly and easy to use as in many forums i have read this that's not easy some times it not works Properly?
