N85 is not the perfect phone some people think, after all it only has the same plateform of the N78 and N79.
And the performance of N85 is lower than N95 8G (mobile review test) in every aspects.

But it is smaller than N95, cheaper, and the picture and video recording samples i saw are really good, so this is the one i want !

still no offers for the N85 on contract in the u.k,but its out in the Usa an some other countries but you have to watch out buying from them as they get that many fakes an copies,as there were loads of N95 8gb copies on Ebay.Usa thats while i will be waiting until its available in the U.K ,Exspanse they should have in stock on the 25th October sim -free ,but you watch it now Nokia will be announcing it 8 mega-pixel camera mobile in November so its available for xmas or 1st 1st quarter of 2009 as they are trailing way behind the rest with these camera mobiles

Anonymous, 13 Oct 2008I wish there was IRDA, but apart from that it seems really nice.No one uses IRDA in this day and age, nokia realizes this thats why their N series phones omit this feature, This also reduces the wight of the phones. wats the need for Irda when there'r Bluetooth technology, gettin better all the time??

I love this phone! its like a slimmed down version of the n96

i personally like the design set by the n81, but everyone says its not that tactile and hard to use, but i think it looks nice and probably isnt that bad

I love this phone... i wish i have the money to buy it... very good design, for me this is better than nokia n95... almost same features but better design..
i know it lacks the xenon flash but who cares... it has a dual led and auto focus assist light what it seems to be enough... if i want a xenon flash i will buy a nokia n82... the n82 is another love of mine... love the N series... only one i hate is the n81.....

looks really nice. I've been a fan of nokia since about 2000. They have always made sturdy phones. But i don't too trust the ruggedness of a phone with slide techonology.Still i wouldn't mind getting one though.

If someone bought it, I want to know if it really has good specifications or if it has any problems.

So happy the N85 will becoming available soon just checked on www.mobilesforeveyone.com but theres no deals yet available for the N85 but will search anywere to get this classy mobile as soon as possible,www.mobile-review.com gave a such a brilliant review about the N85 so this really got me going crazy about getting the N85 as soon as i can,o.k people will be going abit towards getting the 5800 instead but not into the touch screen mobiles yet as i bet its annoying wiping the screen all the time with fingerprints all over it,so the N85 will not put alot more pressure of the sale of the samsung i8510 as more people can afford the N85 instead of that mobile
