Nokia's 8 megapixel monster will be announced this year and will be released either at the end of this year or early next year (according to mobile-review.com). Also, the tube will be announced in a few days and released late this month or early next month. (according to smape.com).

"Made in Finland" units are not so abundant. Those units are intended to be sold on the EMEA region (Europe/Middle East/Africa). In the APAC region (Asia-Pacific/China), "Made by Nokia" or "Made in China" units are being sold. There are more "Made by Nokia" or "Made in China" units than "Made in Finland" units because Nokia's headquarters in China is the largest nokia headquarters in the world. They produce millions of units of phones every year. "Made in Finland" units and "Made by Nokia" or "Made in China" units are of the same quality. Their hardware is the same. The only difference is from where they were assembled into finished products. Don't confuse a "Made by Nokia" or "Made in China" unit to a Chinese cloned nokia phone. They are totally different with each other.

People are going on about the i8510 but all Samsungs doing is trying to take the sting about Nokia sales but i am sure Nokia will be announcing there 8 mega-pixel camera mobile soon to take the micky over samsung,Nokia should not have let samsung use the symbian software but they had to as Nokia were using some Samsungs products on there phones,i keep looking for some deals for the N85 but its available while October 4th but on the 2nd October Nokia will be announcing some new batch of phones

the n85 rmma test says it has better sound than n81.also if your from uk and want your n85 to be as loud as the n91 through headphones,change the uk product code to a non euro code then download the firmware for that countrys code,make sure the product code you choose has english language

While it is said that the n85 cannot produce sound comparable to the i8510, a comparison is also made to the n91. They have the same audio quality which is the best in the mobile world. The i8510 and n91 shall now share the top spot as phones with the best sound quality.

I also read the n85/n79 preview and they said n91 and i8510 were in the same league, but the n85 produced slightly worse signal output. The audio quality numbers suggest its has the same output as the n81. You can check the n81 review and compare.

Hey Guys...
I'm a big nokia fan but i use all sorts of phone too... I actually use N82 and iPhone and plans to get the N85 but the Samsung Innov8 is just a great great mobile... If the price drops surely i will buy it instead of the N85... We have to face the fact that this time Samsung really created something great...

According to mobile-review.com and smape.com, N85 has better sound quality than N95, but worse sound quality than N81 and N91. Samsung INNOV8 has the best sound quality among all music phones right now, dethroning the N91. The DSP sound chip that uses the DNse 2.0 technology provides better amplification and sound reproduction than any other audio chips out there. No single Walkman phone was mentioned. Looks like all the buzz is on Samsung INNOV8. INNOV8 has the best image quality among all camera phones, and now INNOV8 also has the best sound quality among all music phones. It's the first time Nokia did not take the lead this time.
