dudes ! there is no other device on earth which could deliver all these features in a single phone:

it is far better than any other phone in the nokia's stable.
see the specs , - music clarity ( ~ n81 )
- 5 MP , 30 fps recording
- 1200 mah battery
- wifi , gps , hsdpa
- 2.6 " screen , symbian HTML browser
- stylish dual slide with gaming keys.

my next upgrade from Nokia N82c",
love this phone, all though it doesn't have Xenon like my Nokia N82, it feared surprisingly okay in low light condition. it has better battery life, new stuffs squeeze and of course, affordable
this will be a nightmare for competitors!

I think This is a stupendous phone.....yet....i stilll want the....N96.....
Its limited...and its got wat i need....all its short of is a gud bettery....so i hope thes beterries are interchaingable.....

With the exception of the silver band round the edge, they're almost identical. Seems there are people out there who will praise something for no reason other than that it's new. Just look at the amount of people who bought the iPhone 3G...

rice, 29 Aug 2008you guys r noobs, tft screen has better image quality than ... moreI can assure you that OLED is way better than LCD, not only bceause the techonology itself that alows faster response times than LCD, also because i have one mobile with OLED it´s a BenQ-Siemens S88, and it´s way better in terms of contrast than any other lcd screen in the market, the problem is visibility under sunlight......

Oled??? Big deal, my BenQ-Siemens S88 realesed two years ago has this type of screen.....
It´s way better than LCD the major drawback is visibility under direct sunlight.....Otherwise it´s excelent and the pictures are much sharper...

Nice gathering of technologies with specs to match but,there´s something "wrong" or "missing" about the phone´s design in all senses.A total lack of inspiration.If it wasn´t for the Nokia logo,it would completly look like something that was garage made lol...

Happy i did noy buy the N82. Will buy this one instead: bigger and better screen, smaller size,fp2,flash for video...etc
The problem being that as soon as i have decided which phone to buy i wait for this one. Then Nokia announced another one, and i wait one more time. That is why i am still with my good old Samsung E770...

n85 gets released too late. i really like this phone but i realize i don't need it. i'm content now with my n82 which practically can do everything that n85 does.

its much better than the n96 its smaller, faster thinner looks better has better battery and standby and is cheaper. the only thing its missing which the n976 has is live t.v which is useless because it wont be available everywhere and who would want to watch t.v on a 2.8 screen. so every one go for the n85 or n79 and if you want t.v go for n96, but for me n85 for life.
