N85 and n79 are n95 and n82 on serious steroids. Their prices are quite reasonable considering the amount of functions on offer. Where im from n82 is going for 380euros, yet the n79 comes with so many improvements at 350euros.
Same thing with n95 8gb. Here its stil goin for 550euros while the n85 is 450euros. IMO, these 2 handsets are going to dominate the mid-to-high range market without a problem.

Anonymous, 28 Aug 2008yes 1 more thing you missed..touchscreen! i wish it had tha... moreoh, i don't like touchscreen. it will just spoil the screen's aesthetics because of frequent physical contact. by the way, it's symbian 9.3 just like n78 and n96. this doesn't support touch based functionalities yet. that feature will be incorporated on symbian 9.5 s60 touch ui.

SE is only nice for its price, but nokia is the true mulitmedia device with better cam. resolutions as in the n85 and and so forth as well as an awesome os (sybian), the dedicated music with the 3d sterio also rocks, wow there is an endless amount of possibilities for nokia!

This is the N96's younger brother. He is more energetic with battery life but cant store as much data as his big brither. lol

n85 makes me want to dispatch my n82. n85 i think is the perfect phone for me. it's a true all-in-one device, camera, music, gaming.. addedd so many new technologies and improvements in the hardware and software.. n85 is like n81 + n82 + n95...

wow! nokia is NOT making any sense with these redundancy of their designs.
sony ericsson has it too. but only on the keypad layout.

Dani, 28 Aug 2008So what are the N95 owners going to do then?who are you to complain dani? go to sony ericsson and ask them to bring out a handset with this many features. you should have done it a long time ago, they just give you basic basic basic handsets that dont do anything yet ask for premium prices.

nokia is not addin any new feature. all r common feature n in dis era of touchscreen phn nokia still don hav anything new. n96 n n85 don hav any differnt xcept d memory. wats d point of dis. after n95 8gb nokia cudn bring anything new technologically.
