Thanksif your phone has gprs connection type *#0000# and select check for update. follow the step
if not than download nokia software updater to ur PC connect ur phone and start the application. follow the step.
If you do not have the PC (how can u?) or the software is not showing you any update but u r sure that updates are available in your region, go to Nokia care, they'll do it for free, if purchased with warranty.

HI, this is phone is good . you just do sip settings and then you can directly call from the dial number. like if u dialed the number then it will shows that you want to make phone calling or internet calling its easy...

The N85 is RUBBISH – cheap slider, can’t read screen in bright daylight, charging problems, software problems and lots more – do some googling to find out lots of people have problems with this and other Nokia slider phones

The Spec's look great, but the build is disappointing. Issues with crashing and losing data. And the ear piece failed within a few days of new. Nokias inability to support their product is disappointing
