' n85 doesnt have a pencil key, so its the copy paste function gone? everyone says that hash key replaces the pencil key, but some say that it doesnt allow to copy paste the text.. so what exactly it is? can n85 copy paste the text?'

sajan, 25 Mar 2009bro go for samsung omnia which is much expensieve than noki... moreohh man!! u made me evn more confuse now..
ok fine, the n95 is out now.. but now m confused between these two phones, n85 n samsung pixon (not c905 cuz its about 30000 INR, out of my reach) but these two are of same range.. now m soo cunfused cuz pixon provides me wid touchscreen n 8MP camera, but on the other hand, n85 provides me with symbian platform i.e. 3rd part applications (it rly does matter) n i can blindly trust nokia anyday, plus iv a soft corner for nokia phones cuz hv always used nokia only (so i cant say nythng abt samsung, how mush is it handy or etc)
but fully touchscreen n 8MP camera is killing me..
anyways, is this samsung pixon a symbian phone? s60? can it install 3rd part applications like nokia does (advanced device lock, ultimate call recorder, rotateme, shmessenger n etc) ??
and overall which one u prefer?
any other phones worth noticing of? in same cost range (24000 INR or $550) ??

and yeah obviously it would be great to know about other cool phones in the same cost range if u want to suggest any.. on bottomline i need GPS, 5MP camera, (n smartphone, which can install applications of thos nokia smartphones platform, like advanced device lock, rotateme, phone guardian, blah blah.. these software r v useful to me n cant stand my cell widout them..n can phones like samsung omia install dese applications) (but i'll be a lil biased to nokia phones only, they r simple n powerful, n iv been using nokia only)

ehtesham, 26 Mar 2009what do u think about the battery backup?/The n85 has 30hrs music playback and i did a fullscreen non-stop video test volume 90% and got 6hrs 35 minutes before the power saving mode activated..Ive had so many mobiles and done plenty of tests and this is the best ive had besides my k770i..I would say its 40% longer battery than n82 in 3g/wi-fi mode but i got 4hrs 40 mins of video on n82 and 8.5 hrs music..
The best real life test battery values above are by me and throut gsm forum but mobile-review.com do tests too

husi, 25 Mar 2009ok i know some posts are there regarding this topic, but i ... moreThe N85 is far superior to an n95 8gb for starters it is newer, the camera quality seems to be superior, it has wi fi and fm transmittor which the n95 doesnt have. I have ownded both phones and i have to say i am much happier with my n85. I also have an E71 if your interested in email access on the go which it is great for, hope this helps

phone plays louder music-n95 is much louder but n85 is good which one is faster-n85 (does n95 having dual CPU makes any difference? n also having more RAM?) -no gaming on n85 is way bettergaming, which one is faster n more smooth to use-n85
which one is better in gaming-ofcourse n85
-which one is overall better? (personal experience)-i hve both n i strongly recomend u to buy n85 u will not be disapointed for shure....

one of the best phn i have ever used thnx nokia.....display is very good n camera is good in outdoors....solid feel ,music is ok n way better than nokia n95 n95 8gb n nokia n96 but thanx to nokia n95 to show da world a different style like two way slide....

i just got my Nokia N85 USA version and I love it compared to my previous Samsung I8510 INNOV8. The N85 build is very solid and reliable but the camera not as good as the INNOV8.
I returned the Innov8 and keep the N85 due to the fact that it's Nokia USA. They make things right for USA comsumers.
Innov8 has better camera than N85
N85 is a better phone than the Innov8 overall. I really like the vibration on N85..its superb! It vibrate like in those PS3 controller when you play games and it vibrate strong enought to wake you up in the middle of the night. The vibrate on Innov8 is weak! I also like the fact that when you talk on the phone, the N85 provide superb sound quality with soft and loud. Not like the Innov8, all you hear is tripple which make a man sound like a lady. *sigh*

its regarding choosing between n95 8GB or n85..or phones of other brand like samsung omnia.. its been more than an year now, n i need to uodate my hone..so which one should i buy.?
i want a complete package with everything..
i jus wanna know that which phone plays louder music? which one is faster? (does n95 having dual CPU makes any difference? n also having more RAM?) and in terms of gaming, which one is better? steveg, 24 Mar 2009ATTENTION EVERYONE!!! Be wary in buying the N85!! i am goi... moreonly the europian phones are having this problem and not every phone avaialable in the market.
i have been using n 85 since a month and my earpiece volume is really perfect believe me.
