hey guys..to all nokia n86 users..
iv gotta question for u guys..
is it normal for the pictures to distort??i mean, for example, after taking a shot and looking at the pictures in the gallery after a few minutes, i notice that the pictures are kinda distorted??is this normal for this fone??
the distortion only goes away (or let's say that the picture only returns to it's natural image) when i view the pictures using slide show??
is this normal??

don't be scared man..take it from me..we were on the same page before i bought my nokia n86..i was thinking too much of the slider..being a dual-slider, it made me worry even more..
but to my surprise, my n86 slides really good..&it ain't wobbly or something..
so go for it man..
in my own point of view, nokia n86 is worth buying for..^_^

I want to buy this phone and want to know about camera quality and sound of this phone.
I surveyed some shops and they scare me about the slider phones and also that not much users buy nokia n86.
so please tell me about the nokia n86 slider.Is it working fine and also hand on experience for this phone.
Is it worth buying this phone?
Should i go for this phone or Nokia N79?

So i went for a nite campus rock concert,and below are my honest opinions.
Nyt time pictures are not excellent,tho thyr perfectly ok if u plan on keepin th photos on ur phone,transferring them to ur computer and viewing them leaves u yearning for more clarity and contrast,pics also come out grainy.Tho on the plus side if u manage not to fidgit while taking the pics and ur subjects dont move then ur in business in the clarity front.
My previous phone was the lg viewty which wasn too bad,its nite pics were good,it got the dark background in the rite black(tho i think thats to do with the sensor being less sensitive than th n86)
Nite Videos are wea problems myt get a bit annoying,even with the flash on.while i was recording,i realised a black rather obvious streak forms randomly,i thot its jus th display not being able to auto-adjust to the colour variations (coloured strobes were on)..but its actually recorded in the final vid,which basically screwed my vid (it was set on highest quality (tv)file size was 395 mb)tho i also have a vid i took with the same phone but on v11,it recorded for approx 7 min and i had no streaking problems.so its prob the f/w.
Wat i love about this phone tho (as well as all my pals) is the daytime pics...i have never seen a camera phone get as clear and accurate pics in good light conditions.
Any way i hope this helps.
ps.the force format restores the music icon,just did it.

Start 10.25pm
15 mins video filming concert off tele
20 fotos in dark flash on
20 fotos bedroom light on flash still activated
30 mins video with anti-shake on filming concerts
30 fotos in dark with flash on
30 mins video tele
40 fotos no flash on
40 fotos with flash on
20 mins video with video light on
It then went from 5 bars to power save mode when stopping last video with lite on??
Continued to shoot fotos with flash on till battery empty and got 167 fotos..
End time 1.32am ..

Since i updated to v20.115 i have noticed the following issues...
1. Opera Mini 5 browser is non responsive(i mean whatsoever)
2. WLAN connection drops constantly
3. AccuWeather App gives a connection error everytime i load it
All the above issues are internet related...should i just uninstalling then re-installing the above mentioned apps or is it not that simple?
