strongly hope the design of the slide mechanism doesn't as loose as N85...
    overall is a perfect phone.

Universal Plug n Play just need to use a wifi router

connect the pc and wifi router with LAN

        open "Home Media"

select the access point of the wifi router which you used it to connect with pc

        click " browse home"

it will automatic search the computer which have been connected with the wifi router

at the pc (vista), it will pop up a ... "Share option"
        tick ... forgot the option

        after everything have been done,

you can view your pc music, video, picture, playlist at your phone

it can play the video , music from pc at phone

it can copy Playlist,Music,Video,Picture from pc

the speed very fast ! 8.43mb just need 20sec (according to the speed of the wifi router)

and the file will be located at memorycard>download>media

1st NOKIA device equip with uPnP is N80 , at that time, i think N80 is the only 1 device support uPnP

Anonymous, 08 Mar 2009Universal Plug n Play in NOKIA phone is called "Home Media"... moreFriend... for your information... there is nothing special about uPnP and even DLNA... those are standards... meaning, protocols are laid out as standards... it's only up to the maker of the phone to adapt those standards.. it's not new, it's not an invention... frankly there is nothing to be awed by that...

Nokians who do not fully understand these technical concepts and just happened to stumble on the web these terms are awed and excited not knowing that those are world standards and nothing exciting.

SONY ERICSSON is "like.no.other" who is introducing innovations and inventions that are WORLD'S FIRST in the IDOU... you know what is that very hot WORLD'S FIRST... do I have to tell you so that you can broadcast that WORLD'S FIRST?

Hey.. This is a great Nokia phone with big camera. I waited for this phone for a long time. Nokia should make this phone with Office document editing, touchschreen display and DVB-H TV broadcast receiver.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970you are wrong bro...

usually nokia does that...if nokia makes a higher phone quality than the other so nokia fans push down the other phone with no mercy!! always show off the phone.

but if the other phone company make a higher phone quality than nokia..nokia never accept the fact but make a bad comments about the phone

                  now our turn!!

Nokia never change their tecnology, nokia just takes and puts and without the other company help so nokia is Nothing!!!

oh come on nokia! many phones have been ditching and stop using carl zeiss lens because of its ugly picture quality!(like n93! which is my current phone!) samsung and lg have started using scheneder and kreznauch lens(which has a good picture and video quality) and s.e. have starting using exmor lens!(which is founded on some sony`s dslr!)
