you can now download Flash from Nokia store and it will play on the firefox browser only but still. i use firefox as default on my desktop PC and the OTA between desktop bookmarks and N9 firefox browser is faultless.
fantastic device the N9.
now you can watch flash videos and you can have video chat through gtalk on it (works very well with wifi and 3.5 G network).
the only missing part for me at the moment is the whatsapp app which is being worked on from what i have been reading.
a truly great phone!

My relationship with my N9 is very up and down, lately i barely use it at all. I havent been too happy with my Android phones but now i find myself using my SE Xperia Pro all the time. Im thinking of giving my N9 to my wife, i waited to try out the PR1.2 update before making a decision, and with the small-to-none improvements on various video codec support i dont find it so promising. It now even refuses to play some mp4 HD videos, its some kind of codec crash, and it never played them well.
The SE Xperia Pro has been surprisingly stable for a Android phone after the last update, i believe SE has proven that android can have acceptable stability, 358 hours with only 2 minor browser crashes is an improvement of several thousand percent, that voids my need for alternative OS. I even think the browser of the N9 has crashed 4-5 times in the same period, despite not being used much, and the crashes occurred on very simple websites, with buttons and links suddenly not working untill rowser is restarted. But will wait and see if the coming ICS update will make Xperia crappy again, android has a bad history of getting more bugs and more issues with every new version, 2.3 in particular was a big step backwards.
The N9 is an ok phone anyway, i guess i still recommend it, especially since its so cheap (the 16GB version that is, if you can live with the storage limit of 8.8 GB). My opinion is subject to change, im keeping an open mind. Btw, one fone that has amazed me lately is Galaxy Note, it has s2pid typical samsung issues but for the first time i will admit that samsung may actually have done things right this time.

For simplicity its absolutely top notch..ihave used Android and apple, even though n9 its expensive i assure you you will not regret getting the phone. The only downside is that there are not so many apps out there for MeeGo.if being social its what you want the app fmobi would be your new baby.it its beyond pretty and to buy the app for 29php not a big deal.

N9 is the easiest phone to use. Simple. elegant. Smooth. It just works!
But be warned I have come across third party software that ruin the battery run time. So keep an eye of the "idle battery" consumption and uninstall crappy software.

HELP PLEASE!!!!
If you have to choose between NOKIA N9 and HTC Sensation?? I'm constantly making comparation over and over again for a month now, and I am still in doubt.
Is there serious difference between display resolution, dual-core procesor and HD video that Sensation can do and N9 can't???
I am slihgtly on NOKIA N9 side becouse of operating system simplicity and unique, handling elegance, storage, design and camera.
Please those of you who have NOKIA N9 post opinion!!!

meego... the most addictive os out there...
true, even when im using iphone or android, i cant resist the temptation to scroll down to close an application, side sweep to minimize it, tap to unlock it... that's innovation out there, but now its gone... well, gotta love my n9..
