Yes, this is really a good phone a very brilliant display. I have this yrs. ago but I got fed up of it's bulky size really big. as if your holding a walkie talkie! but this is really great. A good camera. Large key pad.

Dude's stop this....belive me i have had lots of phones including from nokia here:6270,6280,3250,n90....samsung:d500,d600,e900......motorola:v1050 and a lot of others phones i tryout and belive me then i tell you this.....sony-ericcson is the best in this mom at photos,not even n95 can take picutres in the dark like k800i...to be onest i hate sony-ericcson that was before i got my k800i...any way nokia is the best at video,sony-ericcson is the best in pictures motorola is the best in desing and samsung well samsung has the best battery life and the best disaplay....if you don't belive me mail me and i'll send you pictures taken with an 3250 and n90 and when i say 3250 has better picture i better belive me....this bull-shit with over view of the cam is simply to make nokia the best...trust me...what i'm saying here is that nokia n90 takes good pic...but it's not the best 2mpx phone camera....

I just needed to point out that the Carl Zeiss label is not just a mere label. N90 in fact has one of the best camera on the N-Series. It's macro function is simply unrivaled, not even N93 can top that. Stating that N70 can take equally good picture with N90 is simply unacceptable, not that I don't like N70 it's one of the best S60 2nd edition phone but comparing the image quality to that of N90's is simply wrong. They're worlds apart - trust me on this. In my opinion the bulk look completely goes with all the features this phone can provide. The high-definition screen display is just amazing. Any power user will surely agree.

dear no face: yeah I get it.. But I didn't say something that hardware is everything.. Does it mean that when I ask for the hardware it means that it is everything??
I know that software counts for a big part, and you know that the same holds true for hardware.. Hardware is also important, a mobile with bad hardware even if it has great software.. it all leads to a crap mobile.. So in terms of loudspeaker thing( which is all im asking about), thay are absolutely comparable..

dear neil: I understood exactly what you mean, but I think hardware is not everything, software is the most important part of a phone, when you buy a symbian phone you can find many applications to install on it to fit your phone in your needs, but in the other hand, a java phone, yes they are always smaller and look better but if you need something that your phone's software does not support, you have to forget it!
you can expand your phone's features by installing other applications on it, and most applications that you can find are for symbian.
I just tried to help others to buy the best phone ...

it seems like you didn't understand my question very well, or maybe you didn't understand it at all,
what i'm asking is the quality of loudspeaker, and that can be compared in every phone no matter what platform or class it belongs to or what system does it run..
why? if 5300 is on s40 then its speaker is different also?

now for those who're against d size of this N90, well, why will you bring a small basket with just few features if you are man enough to carry a bigger one but fully loaded with things you woudn't dare leave! well, comparing it with the S.E (sony e..) well, its not comparable. because, Nokia, though developing problems with their products, still, there cum lots of solutions and easy repair and management. not just like others, if something's not going right, u can't do anything but to accept it ur self and suffer until u wud just wanted ur be burried under the ground or just step on it to end u'r suferings. N90 or Nokia in general are very flexible products. 'coz u can add features (software) that wud satisfy ur need.

...cont. I also wud like 2 commnt bout d 1 owning an N70.. well, N90 is not worth comparing with it. coz, N70 hangs and slows down eventaully,still does even it still got lots of free space and memory. N90 is a lot faster. my dad is loosing his temper as he was just using his brndnew N70 that he has just been using for a month after buying it! and BELIEVE ME!2 ur regret as u r using tht N70 u might burst as to loosing ur temper too! hope this helps. p.s!also, the display of N70 doesn't fit for its 2MP cam!

hey y'all! is it just the vibrator and the radio? why not just buy a vibrator and a radio if that's the problem. y be feeling miserble with just these lil things if the picture quality will be @stake! cum 2 thnk of it. me? i wudn't chus 2 hav a phone packd w/vibra nd radio but the imges taken is compromised. i can cum into my room and have my radio tuned. i mean i can hav a remedy with just the lacking of radio and vibrator of this phone, but never with the dissapointing picture qual of what other phone can giv me. aight? so for those who are planning to buy a phone, don't think morethan once! settle with this one! 'coz this phone rocks! and for high-end indvduals.

it's camera can rotate
300 degrees.
but no vibration

I dont khow about 5300, but i can comare it with 6630 and N80
N90 is louder than 6630 and N80 is louder than both,
I think 6630 has the best quality, and when you play rock and metal songs n90 and n80 had worst quality than 6630,
and i suggest you never compare a symbian phone with series 40 or other plat forms, cuz symbian is the best o/s
n90 is Symbian 8.1, and most applications can work on it.

omg! i love tis phone and im plannin' to buy it but uhm most of the people hr in manila keeps on tellin me that tis phone is ain't good coz it hngs... awww im a bit confused... but n90 for me is the best i think, im usin v3x ryt now dont find it a good fone coz its not symbian
