I got bored of the W800i . Y ? Because you cannot install apps like Symbian OS (which I missed for these pass few months after using the SE fone ) . So I'm going back to my N90 .

On going thro the N90 review it appears that the reviewer was visibiliy trying to do damage control exercise. The still shots of N90 has clear chromatic aberration tending towards red.The picture clarity is nothing compared to SonyEricsson K750i I use. I shot 150 pictures of a marriage. Simply brilliant
vivid colours. Say what you may SonyEricsson handles colour brilliantly. Adding Carl Zeiss lens to N90 must have saved its face as Carl Zeiss lenses are of extremely high precision.
I enjoyed the writer valiant attempt to placate,pacify and console N90 optics.

I think the N90 is amazing! I love it! The design is immaculate, and exactly what i look for in a phone. The video quality on it is excellenty!

I've had the phone for 2 months now and i must say the N90 is an outstanding smart phone with a few draw backs. First, when switching between shooting mode and just having it opened regularly it tends to freeze and will take about a minute to reboot itself. Second, it's big, real big. Real hefty price to it as well. But all of its features compensate for these drawbacks. I am still satisfied with the N90 but there is much more they could have done with the N90.

The phone is pretty good compare to other nokia phones.I just love everything about d phone.Nokia N90 is my "BABY"..Vibration or no vibration.I use my SE K700i for meetings...Anyone that needs a smartphone should pls go for N90..cheers!!..MORE BLESSING TO NOKIA...

had this phone four days very impressed but i think there mite be a problem with the battery we will see lovely phone but it is big so be awere of that wen you bye one

The loudspeaker of the Nokia N90 is louder than the K750i /W800i .
The Nokia N90's Loudspeaker quality should be bout the same as the Nokia N70 .
But I know my sister's N70 is much louder than my W800i

Now then folks,
Any idea about how good software support is?? I've heard that it aint the same as the support offered on the 6600 (at least in the case of the N70). By this i mean that you dont have complete control of what you install on there like you do with the 6600. If this is the case, not interested but if it is as 'open' as the 6600 then screw it not having a vibrate it'll do for me especially if the sound is as good as on the n70.

by the way! vibration is over-rated.... i have 6230i ad 6310i both business phones, put them on silent when in meetings come out and im supprised when i see a missed call or new message, because i never felt the vibration in the first place!
you will get over it, besides you can set the phone to "meeting" which means it will give you one BEEP to let you know somone is calling you or a new message similar to a pager...

Hey guys, N90 Arrived today, now i was expecting it to be big, but jeusus this is big! initially i didnt like it, but the features of it, and general look won me over within 1/2 hour, the speaker quality is pretty good, it plays mp3s fine i wouldnt say the quality is as good as the sony phone because its built to be a mp3 playing machine, this is is more orintiated towards business users... its a very nice phone.. the only reason why i bought it was because no doubt the n80 will be delayed till christmass, and i always wanted this one!

1) Is the n90 A good mp3 player?Can the audio quality b compared to SE k750i?
2) What abt the video quality and the TFT screen quality?
3) Wud sumone plz tell me the PROS n CONS of this set?

Yes guys, you dont need vibration with this phone.You cant keep it in your pocket. Then whats the point. So live with it.LOL

So, how boring are you guys, is it truely needed for everyone here to write "doesn't have a vibrator" i think its safe to say we all know this.
However, the phone is horrible, i've used it, and some other n-series phones, each and everyone i have used has been horrible, the OS is just terrible. I used an n90 for 3 days, it crashed 5 times! Its also really really slow, opening applications takes an age, and with all the new sybian phones you have to make usre you close down each application properly otherwise the phone gets even slower! And the size, dear god, its massive, and weighs the same as a fully grown horse. The best thing about the phone is the screen, really beautiful, which makes the pics look better, however when you compaire them on a PC monitor with a W800 pic, of the same thing, the w800's pics actually look better!
Its just plain bad, if you want a phone running on the nw sybian so that you can use it as a smart phone get a n70, but unless you deffinatly need the sybian OS, steer clear!
