Oh, thanks for ur reply. So, what u were saying is, there is actually another new version of the N90 OS? Guess mine is the earlier version OS, since im one of the few who get the 1st batch phones in Malaysia.

    Oh!!!What a nice brick!
Some of you say that this will be the best mpbile for 2005.
Well,my phone, which took the award for 2004,is better than this crap.
It also has the very latest technology which is called...vibration!I'm talking about SE v800.(The award was for the best 3g mobile for 2004)
n90 is big, heavy and the sortware has a lot of bugs(as people say). The battery is very weak and the camera is not better than the VERY CHEAPER SE k750.
How you dare call it the best phone for 2005??
    PLEASE REPLY

Mark, Just buy another (larger) DV-RS-MMC chip, it will certainly come with an adaptor and then you can plug it into whatever you already have. This phone is hot, so is the ability to hot plug memory chips.

People, SE's K750i and Nokia's speaker outpet is all in Mono. Only when it is connected to the headset will it be in stereo.

People let us stop fightin over which is or would be the best mobile for 2005..

The Samsung D500 was the best mobile for 2004..& how many people here think that was the right choice..I do agree that the D500 is a very good mobile, but with the lack of external memory i wouldnt have given it a best of year..So it doesnt matter what you or me think which is the best & which is not..It ultimately depends on how the media feels about it...So i guess the Nokia N90 could very well be the best for 2005..But there is still time..& if the D500 could do it comin so late in 2004...maybe we might be in for a surprise this year too..But lets not speculate too much about it..

                  Koko.

Are you sure it plays MP3 in stereo and not just the radio when connected to a headset.

Chower, $1088 is for 21 months plan. $1188 is for upgrade.

                      $1388 is Singtel's RRP.

Hi Calvin, what version of OS do you have? It might be the old version (dated early July 2005).

I jus got my N90. After using it for a few days, i found tat there r several "bugs" in its Operating System(OS). So, i had to bring it back to Nokia Service Centre HQ. Even specialized Nokia technicians cant help about tat, after all this is the version alpha N90 OS.

In my opinion SHARP 903 is the only for now that can be seriously compared with N90, W800 is completely another category and only camera features are comparable.

                              N90
                              -better display resolution
                              -rotating camera
                              -Zeiss lenses
                              -Symbian OS

                              SHARP 903
-3D stero sound with dual speaker (what do you say W800 fans?)
-more brilliant screen with wider angle of view
                              -radio FM
                              -3.2Mpxls
                              -internal camera
By the way N90 is the one I like more, because of the original swivelling design.
And you? Which one do you think is the best, N90 or SHARP 903?

There's no doubt that next year there will be handsets with more features than N90.
It's the rule!Is there a mobile that after a year from the launch date is still the best on the market for his features?
Of course not. Neither Nokia, nor SE.
Still now N90 has some rivals with comparable features coming in few weeks (Sharp 903, N91, SE P1000) and in 2006 the new rivals could have more pixels and faster application download with 3.5g (HSDPA High Speed Downlink Packet Acces)
Maybe they could also stream digital tv channels recieving dvb-h signal.
However N90 will never lose its style.
It will remain for long time an exclusive handset, with features that are simply uniqe, as Zeiss glass optics, double definition screen, and an enchanting mechanic, making this phone the only one transforming into a videocam.

Tim, Phone price will be 1388 RRP in Singapore. This is due to the stock shortage.

I really like this phone, but WHY THE MMCMOBILE card??!!!!!!

There's only about 3 readeres in the world that can read them!!

                                    That means:

                                    1. You can't buy a nice 10-in-1 drive for your PC and read it.

                                    2. You can't take it into Boots and get photos printed directly from the machine, because it won't read them.

Why didn't they just put MMC, or SD?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                    Mark.
