I recently purchased N900 and its quite good, but the thing is N900 has Linux operating system which is very difficult to understand, and to install the applications huh it's really difficult to use it, but still its good like something different like strange thing I enjoy to use it..

i had this fone since 2010, i recommended it to everyone and i loved it, but lets be true, in 2013 one of the best things happened, i purchased Galaxy Note 2 and life is wonderful. now i realise i was lying bout how awesome n900 is and all, the truth is n900 is useless piece of crap, and it has no updates and nothng useful
people who want to use their fone freely with everything, all apps and movies i recommend u buy other android fone, and if u own one, then getting rid of n900 asap :P
life is amazing with android, recommended devices are moto G for low end, note 2 for medium range, lg G3 for high end. best of luck

Just Go to X-Terminal in your N900
(1) Type : sudo gainroot
(Your should have rootsh install first to gain root access)
(2) You will get this:
/home/user #
(3) Now type: fsck.vfat -f /dev/mmcblk0p1
& press enter.
(4) Now You will get back your Internal 32GB Memory of your Nokia N900 :)
(5) Now Cheerz...!

ishak, 08 May 2014is n900 support whats app aplication!N900 does not have a whatsapp however it does have a application called Yappari which is a client of Whatsapp. You can use this application just like a whatsapp and communicate with your friends who have whatsapp. You can download Yappari from the application manager

Hi Guys,
Im facing issue while switch on the mobile after displaying nokia logo my mobile gets hanged ,showing with some process running
freeing init memory 140k
kernel panic-not syncing: Attempted to kill init!
----> I try to install android os, I can able to execute all the command successfully ..after saving the ITEM_DEVICE=mmcblk0p2 , I switchoff and restart the mobile... it got hanged..
Is anyone having any idea to resolve the issue...
