hey guys. pls help me regarding this. i've downloaded gameloft games as .deb files. when i started to install it on my n900 using terminal x, it appears not to be completely installed. preenv not configured. what should i do? pls. help, thanks

S... morenot that i like symbian, but what the media says regarding android being superior is by far opinion. symbian does more out of the box than android. android takes third party apps for similar functionality. I have owned 5 android phones and also have an E73 and N900 and other than apps the E73 does everything my Android phones do. Is it pretty? No. thats the only thing that makes symbian seem inferior. It just has bad looking font and appearance, but the functionality is there. my E73 even has a video editor and photo editor on board, not to mention compass and accelerometor. i cant speak for touchscreen symbian, but the non touchscreens are great!

opinioners, 17 Jan 2011i think u should go for n900.it is the best phone ever.even... moreyou seriously haven't got a chance to experience Android. Symbian needs to move on. Android is far beyond symbian. and oh, X10 is android too but running on 1.6 only. 2.2.1 and/or 2.3 is the best ones out there. I strongly suggest you or anyone out there to get Android phone.
Well, Meego is another story.

so far i use PR 1.2 there is no bug i get only once it hangs and need to take the batrey out. and the only i need is lots free aplication and games. not all application work in PR 1.2 also need a free office viewer or editor is better. please anyone know how top get free office editor or have link ? and if PR 1.4 will available next friday so i wait it and will upgrade from my PR 1.2 to PR 1.4 , want to see tha change ...! thanks

[deleted post]i think u should go for n900.it is the best phone ever.even its not take as a phone,but its preffered more to pc.xperia x10 had android 1.6(donut)and can be upgrade to 2.1(eclair).but n900 now can be upgrade to android 2.3(gingerbread) while it keep its maemo s.ware too...but u need a lot of knowledge to upgrade it.
seriously u will not get bored with n900.xperia x10 is also a cool phone too but it cant fight with n900.thats my suggest.

sean, 16 Jan 2011this phone is freaking amazing! it can do almost anything a... moresean u seem so happy getting this phone and the same is our experience.. just wait for few more days and we at maemo community will make it do wonders.. u people just doesnt know what we at maemo community are about to launch.. all nokia users would become shocked.. people who have this phone just wait for sometime and u will see a very special update on this.. i m so sorry i cnt reveal anything as if now... this phone is about to rock at its high...

this phone is freaking amazing! it can do almost anything and its so fast! i never regret getting it cuz it could do soo much other phones can't. wev experience is like sex i swear! LOL it plays videos online better than my netbooks.
and i'm using it right now to write this
