Instead, you can download Yappari & use it like Whatsapp. Best part is that Yappari is fully integrated with Whatsapp.

well Nokia and Android are two opposite paths..
but FYI, you can install a custom Android version on N900 and enjoy anything that android :)
having the default Maemo.. there is noway i know of which can let you do that

sweet, 14 Aug 2013this nokia n900, is it a symbian phone and also can it be hacked?It is not a Symbian the system is called Maemo as noted in the description

Im using this phone about a year, Im tryin to use this phone as remote for tv but my hard luck it doesn/t work for me...I installed pierogi, dreamremote ....Is there anyother option?...thanks for your help in advance...

I have been using this phone for 3 years. The quality of the phone is amazing. I dropped it many times and still no visible damage. The slide is amazing too. Never had to fix it! It haves Linux spin-off OS and you can do many things with it. Sometimes it is not so easy to find software. Battery lasts just 24 hours.

Iv been installing to it som many apps and it still worked. you can do lots of things with it throught x-terminal.Its amazing phone,im gonna buy another one like this again! :)

I bought this phone the second day it was out in the market no reviews of the phones quality but the look and the internal storage capacity compelled me to take the decision and guess what been 4 years and have been very satisfied with the phones performance yes had to change the battery once though as the first battery gave up soon due to self negligence else no complaints at all with the phone or even the slide...

I have been using this phone for 3 years now and loved every bit of it. Unfortunately it stopped working and I am most unhappy. There is nothing like it available and I find it seriously strange as to why Nokia did not have the common sense to continue with such awesome devices.

don sridhar, 31 Jul 2013this n900 is cute look handsome for me .but one small dout ... moreFennec is the firefox brousr for n900. you can find it in the ovi store for nokia N900 & in the maemo repositories like maemo extras, maemo extras testing & extras devel, make sure you have all these repositories in the application manager software catalog .
