got my Nokia N900 yesterday...nice phone! But still I am searching for the "Log" data, espessially the Log if the "Packet Data", where can I find it!?
Need to be able to keep record of how many KB/MB or GB, I am using per day/month...thanks

Btw, yes there are lot of paint applications for other mobile OS's, but I am yet to see a better equivalent of MyPaint. Checkout some of the videos of paintings drawn using MyPaint in N900. It's close to a digital photo. If you know any other mobile paint application that can be used to create similar paintings, please let me know.

thats why i cant understand that onmnia hd and n900 have the same arm cortex a8 3430 with 3 microprocessors and omnia can handle and record hd video but n900 not!also symbian cant import to n900......can someone answer me how much restricted is nokia n900 in case of hd video playback and record...thanxs

i have used iphone 3gs , nokia n900 rocks, it is just outstanding phone, i am in love with it

0v0, 09 Dec 2010by the time MeeGo is officially released, dozens of powerfu... moreAt the point even I think, Ovo is right, I mean the minimum requirement for meego 1.2 is 512 mb ram.... also making it running on nokia n900 would only be possible if some ram consuming services are shut down, means no full and proper taste of meego for nokia n900...
Also even if it is running on it,how will you compare your nokia n900 with incomplete meego capabilities against intel atom processors and nokia phones with outstanding capabilities than nokia n900....

And ya, even capacitive touch screens can use stylus, these are different sort of stylus specially made for them...
I read about it on the nokia n8's pamphlet at the box content optionbut that also stated limited regions only in commas, but the point is that capacitive stylus are available and so there are also many paint applications available for the capacitive touch screens

and even if MeeGo is out, i prefer to buy new devise with MeeGo.
Also, i doubt N900 will get MeeGo, cos of the RAM 256. Minimum is 512..huuuuuuh.

N900 is dyi... moreIm keeping my N900 also, i was thinking abt MP3 player and Nav for the car but then i bought a cheap N85 and found the FM transmitter was better, plus Symbian has better OVI Maps/Navigation (but N900 has the better GPS signal strength). But theres still lotsa fun that can be done with N900, MeeGo is one of them. Yah, N900 is a keeper. Mine had a big accident and has a brighter area in center of display as result. Im surprised it survived, it took a horizontal flight and landed so hard that it could be heard throughout the house. No

N900 is dyi... moreMeego is already released for N900 unofficially, though the version is highly unstable with many features missing.
We can definitely expect Meego update for N900 for sure.

Well, guys
i decided to go for Desire HD.
N900 is dying. No support from Nokia. No future update fir N900. Besides the MeeGo will not be for n900, it will hit new devises.
I will try my best to keep it and use it as a Music Player.
