Jay Ar, 01 Jan 2013Hi Ali, just wondering if once i use the factory reset in s... moreyes you have filled up ur rootfs memory, thats 227mb available for applications and all and all phone memory including sms and calenders come in it, umm sorry cant send a link to clear rootfs, but u can search it on google, "clear rootfs on n900 temporarily"
this is for tmporarily using ur n900 to normal, else u need to hard reset ur fone asap to get it stable, and then just install the apps that u need the most, and that are only required

... morehi,well if you wana get whatsup on n900..all what you need to do is go to site called meamo talk.org.com
do some search and you should ne able to get an something very close to whatsup,called wazzep or so..got the same function.

brajendra, 27 Dec 2012i am using this 1month.very slow internet and youtube.and c... moreI think you have the replica...or you are n00b in Maemo OS and you don't deserve this mini-tablet. The photo/video is awesome! You can install Opera, you can play Youtube in the normal site, but you can find a good app. for youtube too...Best than Iphone 4 in my opinion. I scope for the n950 this year! :D

i am using this 1month.very slow internet and youtube.and camera quality is bad nokia e7 better. no java no opera mini no uc browser and not any other browser pls dont buy this.

Best phone ever
Fulfills every needs of phone and tablet.only battery doesn't last long but not so bad.nokia must work for it and use power of MAEMO.

There i... more1 ok if the videos arent there then that means that the fone isnt at factory reset, its just the clear device, and all things deleted, its no big issue u can get ur fone hard reset, i recommend u doing a hard reset before u start using it to urself, this can be done by urself, or u can ask at a software shop who would deal with the software
2 all apps amazon and fb installer etc everything is available in the applications menu, plus u need to get more apps by addding more repositories, this will give u more apps to install
3 the front camera cant be turned on by ur normal camera or settings or anything, there's this app called mirror but thats just useless, when u update ur fone to PR 1.3, skype video calling comes in act and thats when the front facing camera gets in action
4 ummm details, nothing much, get it to factory reset, then start using it, learning it, updating it, and enjoy every second making this device to what u want, cuz this monster can do a lot more than u think ;)

There is no trailers.i think hardware is good.But plz tell me some more in detail to check , according to me like ,
1.How to find its really factory reset ?
2.amazon and docs are not available , can we install?
3.how to turn on front camera ?
4.what are the details else i need to check ?

reza, 28 Nov 2012how can i copy of my contacts to sim card ?no way of doing this sorry, the best way is to do it copy to ur PC, then copy to other fone, then copy to sim, seems so boring and long procedure, but this is just the way to do it :(

I wish to buy this mobile on ... morejust make sure its factory reset, this will make sure it has no problems with the software, it must have the n900 demo video, 9 movie trailer, and in the menu it must have amazon and docs to go installer
as for hardware, u must see its not broken or all the buttons are intact etc, and look for the silder if its lose and all... thats it, hope this helps

the contacts of skype will be shown in ur fone contact list, hope this helps
