        One word: Awesome
Picture quality is better than decent
If you want more apps you need to enable extra-devel and extra-testing, There are about 1000 apps. The phone lightning fast, but you can bring it to the next level by installing power kernel that gives you support for almost anything you can think of. The only disappointment is audio quality, it is good just not as good as in other nokia phones. I give it 9/10. New firmware update PR1.2 is almost perfection. Meego is supported and should be available soon, it is defenitely must have phone. Prices are quite reasonable in USA, it costs a lot more elsewhere.

This Phone will be very suitable for me since i don't need many applications to install, only necessary once. By this, i will avoid any stucking or memory low-Level.

I will needing the following only:
              1)- Ukeyboard
              2)- Fmms ( maybe)
              3)- Microsoft Office.
              4)- ForecaWeather widget
5)- Petrovich ( but i think no need for this, since the latest update solved tranfering files via bluetooth)

              That's all---- :)

If there is any plugs-in must be installed, can some one advise me the list for these plugs-in:

              Regards

              That's it----

I am thinking of getting the N900. Currently i am using E71, which hangs a lot hence i wanna get rid of it. Everyones telling me that the n900 hangs a lot too, is it true? But am thinking after the update it works just fine. Plz suggest as am really confused abt this one.

I HAVE TO AGREE with mr adrian. N900 is really capable of being a monster phone that can trump many Smartphones of any OS. BUT the real problem here is NOKIA's LACK OF SUPPORT. I mean, N900 is quite available here for a reasonable time BUT the apps still sucks. I really appreciate all the user/programmers in Maemo community for not giving up on n900, I hope nokia sees your conviction and for them to create a more stable platform for n900. the Apps is the Life of n900, without it, it will die. believe me, i learned it from observing the market and owning a wide range of devices including iphone 3gs which sucks big time. NOKIA, Please pay attention to your phone and its applications. Its what keeps apple from being alive all this years! I observed that you as a company like to fund for research, release a "promising" phone then after finding it does not become a hit, you abandon it. Example is the n97 line up. Come on nokia, U have the best resources and experience and Devoted users all over the world. Take really good care and support of your flagship phones. Then, no body will ever think of switching brands, whatever "new" features they offer. I have owned, n93,e90,n95,n71,n86,n900 and Iphone 3G. My e71 which i really loved is starting to falter hence i bought N900. My crappy iphone 3gs is just a mp3 player. Which i must say is good at it. Except being a phone. Hope this helps!

Update of firmware show future of any device by far maemo os only as 290 crappy apps with the exception, of bounce ,openarena angry bird and about two more.

Update to something else show more for future by far for device
The n900 is too powerful to continue with maemo 5.
It need a new turn around to meego os with maemo harmatton are the phone will die.
Take look at iphone over 10000 apps android 5000 apps
Any phone that take a while to bring some good to its consumer they will not support, so nokia think fast

I am a person who have choose nokia phones for reason
durablilty strong uses of the phone.
Nokia n900 will die if it continue with maemo os.
Meego Os or Maemo 6 os with new things

if this phone was only for geeks i guess nokia is joking
this phone have all potencial to become the best thing nokia every built since the n95 and e90.
So please give the n900 choice the geek continue their thing with maemo 5
And give us N user Meego Os harmatton
