music: agreed doesnt have eq but s simply awesome
internet: no xplanation needed
keyboard: defo an advantage having it and its not bad
UI: good maemo
camera: is ok. ok for a quick snap
movies: avi out of the box
what mor can v ask for

Hello,
I've always seen people comment on how wonderful the N900 display is, but I was surprised to find out yesterday that it had only 65,000k colours, while N97 had up to 16 million colours. So I want to know which one has better display. That's in terms of colour. Which one seems more colourful and has better picture display? Thanks.

Year, Maemo is not bad, but it is not supported much from Nokia. Nokia pay much attention on Symbian S40 and Symbian S60, which become no longer attractive to people.

Its got mozilla based browser with flash 9.4 support (not just flashlite) with full support for AJAX. Not even android browser can match that. For other features its not good. So want a internet tablet with avg fone features go for n900. Remember app store is not good. If u want to pass time downloading &trying apps, go for android like motorola milestone. Milestone also provides updates to os over the air. I understand this is absent in n900(someone can correct me on this if im wrong). Also dont know if maemo will be supported in future with meego coming. N900 is being priced too high at inr 30 k. Cant sell this man at that high price. Nokia plz understand. No video calling, no mms, no voice recorder, no fm radio but hardware is there ( for gods sake this is absurd! Couldnt they load even measly fm radio s/w )

nokia n900 have a very advanced operating system memo5...this memo5 is fast and does support a lot free software in its library...it can literary play every video(needs a update)...supply s awesome earphone and mic quality...its 5prx camera is good but not exceptional...good headphone sound quality...good video quality...huge 32 gb storage along with a memcard slot which supports up to 16 gb:) other from these it has some negative sides..really bulky...touch not very impressive...the most poor thing in a n900 is its battery life...

iphone is like ready made flat, its cool and awesome, but you cant change it or customize it. where n900 is like you have materials and a land, you need to build your flat on your own. in more matured, more Sophisticated way..........

android is the bizz, fast, works well, and this is so much better thaqn the n97, slide bit is so much better and easier to open. i like it!!!!!

Yoz people.. i have been using this phone N900 for 1 month now & seriously i'm loving it.. everday comfirm got things to do with my phone & won't get bored.. This phone is really fast, when u go to internet is like fast & furious.. I'm relly happy with my phone.. hopefully nokia will launch more app gamez like iphone.. -peace-

I have started using Nokia N900 and now, I am really proud of it. It really gives you a feeling of having like a mini-computer. The options, the touch screen is really good. Compared to I-phone this is a better bet. Ofcourse, Iphone has the best touch screen, but all other disadvantages. In N900, you can straight away install any applications. You have got all you need. The navigation is the best. There are web pages where short cuts are provided. The messaging concept, the emails and making calls is quite easy. It is a very good asset to have.
So far of using it very roughly for around 2 months, I have not seen any hangs, nor crash. Even the applications come very fast.
Worth an investiment.

this phone its the best i ever had its like a mini laptop without cd rom:) browser quick os fast camera in a front and in a back 5 mp take beautyfull photos and videos gps its a lot of things to say but im waiting for better ovi maps and more apps form ovi store iphone 3gs without open source sucks

I bought Nokia N900. I thought it will be good for voip call. I can not mame voip call. Beacuse I can not install Software(dialer) & I think slide will be damage wiht in few days. So I'm not happy with N900. Its expensive also....

iam not interseted in n900 because it may get slide problem with in some days so it is wastage of money to take this handset. buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
