On this phone, No one can can recharge account or check balance. I have to remove my sim and put in another phone each time i want to load or check my account balance. Something should be urgently to correct this beacause my friends have returned theirs back to the seller. This message is coming from Nigeria

I will not let N900 apps escape criticism also. Why is it taht when i look in app manager, i get a lot of themes in the list? I hate themes, they are no more apps than the RSS feeds of iPhoens are, disturbing to get them in the apps list. Get them out of there and let ppl install a "Theme Manager" to download themes and other useless things.

But yeah, the number of apps rily shows the shortcoming of iPhone, and that chortcoming is taht they want to make aftermarket money. Greedy.
I like the sceanario with e-books, for N900 its one app, but it reads 30,000 books, on iPhone its 36,000 apps for 36,000 books. Its really crazy, i dont get it... Noone needs those apps, but they love to hammer us N900 users in the head with the numbers. I also like the point of N900's superior browser making "boobs/nude content" apps unnecessary, its true, we can get the same on N900 as on a PC, installing an app for it wud be ret@rded! But thats what iPhone users do, what does that make them...? We can only feel sorry for them, and that goes for Android users also, useless apps for useless devices. Im happy to have linux on all my important devices: desktop PC, laptop and cellfone (i do not have a netbook, dont need since i already own an N900)

3GS is a perfect cellphone with smooth internet browsing experience. However N900 is more than a phone. It's a phone with some functionality of a computer.
I don't have an Iphone but I already have used a 3GS for a week. It's very good as a phone and in light browsing, but for downloading and perfect page rendering (playing Youtube)it simply, CANNOT.
FYI: It's the ONLY phone, as I know, that can play the FARMVILLE game of Facebook.

And you forgot that der is a widget for USSD. Which also works. Also small and easy to use.
Ever bought brand new computer? Theres nothing in them, important things like firefox and YM, its not there. And Windows, theres no preinstalled antivirus, and using it without is dangerous for all except a few gurus. Basic things is not preinstalled, then i dont see any reason to complain about N900, it covers MOST of the basics.

the phone is really cool as a tablet, however as a cell phone it lacks some functions and those are:
1- MMS
2- voice command and calling
3- USSD "comes with new PR1.2 FW"
4- video calling
