I... moreget your facts right before posting in a forum. N900 was never made as a business phone.
The exchange support is buggy, the organiser is lagging behind even android and there is no doc editor pre installed.
N900 is an internet tablet with a bit of smart phone flavour thrown into it. And nokia states this phone as a geek phone. If you know linux well then you can do almost anything with this thing(metaphorically speaking!) like dual booting with android or even the impossible made possible by booting it with osx!

Faiz, 03 Feb 20101st of all the n900 was made mostly of business use only
I... moreSo how does it go with editing Microsoft formats, Word, Excel etc?
How well does it play with Microsoft Exchange, can it be locked down and encrypted?
Can the camera's be disabled?
Can it be administered from a central point?
Without such security features it's useless for Enterprise use.

IMO jonas is correct. why pay $500 or more for a phone which next month or years that this phone will be replace.nokia gives idea that new OS will take place soon.why not nokia try to make it future proof? dont worry guys i have this phone,im just pissed off with this nokia news.

Guys, first and foremost, the Nokia N900 is not designed for the average users, so if you are having a hardtime It only means that you only have an AVERAGE Brain so don't push it. and Jonas there is no Maemo 6 yet so don't try to sound smart cause your not. Maemo 5 is upgradeable. Its the Winows 7 of Mobile Phones and pocket PC.
