Finally got my hands on my N900,and finally put my N95 to rest. I considered upgrading to the N97, but then I got wind of the N900, and decided to wait. No regrets at all, it performs beautifully. 4 desktops to customise, so one doesn't become cluttrerd with widgets. My PC hasn't seen me in days, due to my wireless network at home, and browsing is an absolute dream. The ease to enlarge on minimise web pages by a circular motion is fantastic. Still learning all the fantastic stuff, and constantly downloading new software. Final words, N900, absolutely fantastic.

Anonymous, 05 Jan 2010Dude why are u in a hurry to get a maemo 6 device when u ar... moreLol your so right dude, i have a 5800 and i onley had the blessings to have the n900 in my hands 2 times(a non working mod by the way) i realy whant my next OS to be maemo, the reason for that being i can clearly see the potential of what it wil be in the near future(awsome) i dont realy have a need for a qwerty phones sinds my 5800 is all touch and i got used to it's 3.2 screen, but being so a 3.5 screen wil be the best i thing thats why nokia wil stick to that, so now the million dollar question comes/ Wil i wait a nother 6 months our so for a maemo 6 without qwerty our wil i try the n900 and hope the ice does not brake where i stand. The n900 is so freakin sexy specialy the all black finish and the blue standby light and i rather have reso screen than capo sinds in the winter i where my gloves maemo 6 wil come wit a capo o man life is so hard sometimes 600 euros hard so it needs to be a wise decesion u get me...

I have the phone for one month now and am very pleased with the performance of the device. This N900 was changing my N95-8GB and at first I wasn't to sure about the touch screen, but after a couple of days it had me convinced. Very nice and fast UI. Best feature is the communication (chat sms email) very fast and history is very easy to see. It could do well with some extra available programmes (it's to few compared to the symbian community) But that's changing fast, with new programmes comming every day. Downside is the batterylife. I'm not a heavy user, but have to charge every day (I charge it when sleeping) Very nice 'phone' Recommended higly!
