Did you charge it for 12 hours when you purchased the phone without turning it on? This may be the problem

Can anyone on this site with english as their first language type or communicate properly? I can differentiate between people using short abbreviations, but man, people are getting dumber as time goes on; my money is on the majority being from the U.S.

& it means you can not use the
operamini on this good
device.

yea the battery scared me at first... but i fixed my settings... seems to last more now
i cant stress how pleased i am with this phone
the iphone was cool, it has a better music player... i miss that a bit
but that doesnt compare at alllll with the other features.... i love this phone to death.
great device
highly recommend it, if u can afford it.

Are u sure ur using the N900?? I don... moreUmmm... the battery is really good on this device!
It can last 2 days on moderate usage and with really "no sweat" one day under heavy usage - but by that I don't mean you should watch youtube all day long; ~1 hour should be plenty + music + calling + browsing at leisure;)

Does anyone know if it is possible to share/transfer tracks from the handset to another device, via: Bluetooth for example?
I can't seem to find an option to share or transfer Music files.

thank god nokia used the 1320Mah battery lol

Anonymous, 28 Dec 2009why almost of u complain about its battery?are u a real own... morei have a 5800 with the same battery as n900, no problems, it can last up to 2-3days of normal use and 1.5-2days of extreme use,
im still used with the symbian software so, maybe i'll wait a while before having this phone, or any maemo os nokia phone in the future, besides, i just got my n97 and very happy with it!!!!!!

hey i am a samsung fan from pakistan but this time i wanna get somthing else cuz samsung takes out too many models at the same time . you buy a samsung phone and the very next day its looses its price . i heard nokia is very good i have intensions of getting n900 or iphone 3gs . i just want the net should be good and the battery should at least work for 2 days . i can compromise on the camera . please help what would you guys suggest? n900 or iphone?
