Just used the n900 today in nokia flagship store. better than i thought it would be and also smaller than i thought it would be. It has a built in FM radio.. most sites ive looked at have said its not available, but it is and i saw it. the radip app is built in software, not 3rd party. it is true that it doesnt have mms, but like the nokia rep said, who really uses mms these days??? the touch screen even though its capacitive i was amazed by the feedback response. seriously you only had to touch the screen lightly for any reaction. camera was amazing compared to the reps n95 8gb, video recording is in nHD at 30fps (unlike most sites saying its only 25fps). i didnt have much time to see any of the other features. as with the design and build quality, it feels very solid. and the slide mechanism very stable. all in all great phone so far... and I Pre-Ordered It haha! UK release is thursday 20th sim free in nokia stores, Vodafone and T-mobile will be getting it on 30th November.. (UK, not sure about other locations)

I am very impressed. The screen is very responsive but I found the mouse cursor strange and the circling to zoom takes some getting used to. The screen image is very sharp, a lot better than most phones out and it's very fast. Bounce is a very good game. It loads pages very quickly and found no lag when viewing YouTube and Engadget. Cant wait till Friday and hopefully this beast will be mine. Fingers crossed!

people cant keep their money for life waiting for nokia to contuine to delay the n900, man people just move on or better still let another company comes up with this type of product and that will cost them another lost. most people have pre order it and cant wait any more. by the end of this people will start canceling their order and look some where else. good luck to nokia

I suspect this further delay is not Nokia but the usual unreliability of the delivery firms in the UK. I've lived in the UK for 31 years and its been going down the pan bit by bit.

          Don't blame Nokia!

I just expected the N900 to work on AT&T 3G bandwidth.
                            Looks like it's not.
Might be another good reason to move to T-mobile USA.
                            Again, thank you.

deep space bar, 16 Nov 2009are you serious vinny at&t/rogers is retarded their plans ... moreagree...
...will see how much it coast me to switch.
people around San francisco tell me T-mobile sucks more with coverage than AT&T.
but yeah... they are cheaper and look waaaaaay better about customer care than AT&T.
so i'm just gonna wait and see what I decide...
                              I might wait a little.
I know the N900 is definitely the device I want, but dropping $550 in a phone still hurts me a little.

Does anyone know if the N900 has a spell checker? My N810 doesn't and I haven't seen any mention of one on the N900.
