one qucik question guys, but since i dont have a dat... moreHey Vel,
All nokias have an option (under connection settings) to allow the phone to ask which network to connect to.
For example, if you have your wifi turned on, facebook/email etc will be connected automatically through your wifi and you will have the icon showing that you are connected to your wifi. If you head out and your wifi is on, the phone will try to connect to your 3G internet BUT it will ask your permission for it before connecting.
If you install a new software, then it will ask you whether or not you want to be connected through wifi or 3G. Again, you can go back into your connection settings and change the option whenever you feel like. I have the same setting turned on for my n97 at the moment and I am SURE that n900 will have this option. Hope this helps :)
