Like Nokia's Symbian S60 OS, as seen on the N97, MOTOBLUR uses a live widget called the Happenings widget to give you instant access to your social networks from the homescreen. These are a bit different than Nokia's, however, as they don't just deliver one application: Twitter , Facebook , Gmail , MySpace , Yahoo, Last.fm and other social networks are constantly connected and updated on the app. You can also update your status with this widget and have it go to all or some of your social networks.

Megapixel is important as you can digital zoom in more.

hahahahaha
some time back evryone here in nokia forums makin mockery of i phone's 3.15 mp camera... everybody ws saying why dont they jus have 5mp... n NOW wen d issue arises that other companies are offering 8mp or even 12mp SUDDENLY mp become unnecessary thing, its jus a size thing n not quality n blah blah blah....

This is to Nokia. Why are you chasing mega Pixels for all the new edition phones, when it's not helping the quality much?? Within one of your Dinosaur phones, nl. N73 there exists a beauty! 2.8mm lens, Carl Zeiss Optics and light sensor being the most important caracteristics. It kicks any Nokia, 5mp camera's butt!! I mean, readers, Please go critical and check it out! I need to upgrade and Nokia can't at this stage give me a phone! Camera quality of the N73, Prosessor of the N900, (with which good web connection comes), N900 Memory, etc. You seem to think that as soon as a phone is used for business the camera is not needed or when music is played a huge camera is paramount, but no notebook facillities would be used? How about a basic phone with real digital camera or at least as close as the N73, Full internet abillities(or as close as possible?), and realtime email send and receive with notepad and excell packed into that massive HDD capabillity all cramed into the standard phone size going rate?!! Now that would be a tool nearly as useable as a stick of Dinamite in the old West!!

I hate resistive touchscreen, capacitive is better. I dont know why nokia doesn't use capacitive instead of resistive, but this breaks me to buy it.

it has ir, radio needs 3rd party software to activate it!

before 4 days if you checked the Specification for N900 under Java row, there was no digital compass & T9
BUT NOW they are there, which means that Nokia already took action to adjust the firmware.......
COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLYYY
only few things remaining and it will be SUPER (no matter how much it will cost, i WILL HAVE IT)
please nokia do your best to overcome the MMS, Radio &Video call issues ( NOKIA IS THE BEST SO FAR and will remain...:) )

GUYS,,,,,PLEASE STOP TALKING ABOUT THE MP!!!!
We have to focus on most important issues, like :
-firmware-with additional features.
-MMs. Radio, Video Call & Hand recognition support
these what we have to sound to Nokia NOT: (why 5 & Not 8 mp)...
soorry to say, but this silly Q will not have effect to change the N900,
they device is EXCELLENT & we are waiting for the new fixed firmware along with the device launching( hope soon)
