hah! some good news in here, Nokia have maximize its distribution channel thus making a head possibility that the phone will start selling before October 2009. that would mean, my pre ordered unit is about tp arrive sooner than I expected!!! :) RIP to my beloved iPhone!

Android is BETTER then WinMo 6.5 ? I mean come on, exept the new homescreen and menu, what is NEW ? Still old 65.000 colors screen than you can't see nothing in direct sun light, still consumes lots of resources and still EXPENSIVE ... (((motorola dext))) will be around 400$ ... tell me a WinMo phone with 3.1" TouchScreen,slide qwerty, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G, 5 MPX camera, Accelerometer, Digital Compass (not very usefull, but is there) and 3.5 mm audio jack ,google map with street viewer ,and ....... .at the price of 400$ ??? Is there ? No , of course becouse WinMo devices are damn expensive... WinMo was good 2-3 years ago, but now ... Even Microsoft knows that the present WinMo is crap ... Maybe WinMo 7 will be better, not jus WM 6 with diferent home screen.... And if the phones are expensive, who will buy them ? Look at Xperia 2, is a very good phone even with WinMo, but how many of us can afford to spend 700 E on an phone ? And are lots of competitors... Android is only at begining, also Nokia with N900 with new Maemo.... Don't tell me that you did not see that WinMo is outdated at least 3 years

However, it does record on a higher resolution, so it's understandable...

its just another N97 and i bet it will have so many problems i got my N97 and i hate it problem after problem i should have got a HTC Hero.

Take this for example,
hold out your hand about half arms length from you face, fingers in the air, look at the center of your hand, now look at the bottom, you can't look at both well together can you.
Do the same with your hand sideways. this works because your eyes are side tot side and you have a wider field of view.
This makes perfect sence to me, you only hold a phone vertically when you are speaking with it, so that the speaker is on your ear and the mic is near your mouth, i can't think of any times on a phone when portrait mode would be an advantage..especailly when input is on the bottom of the device ;)

The USB HOST costs me a million. I`ve been waiting for this kind of smart phone which you can hack the linux on it.
IPhone smarties are nice and unique but Apple limits their capabilities and specs to exhibit them in next versions and catch potential customers and more benefits. I don`t like these commercial anti-tech selfish policies. They say you can have our beautiful hi-quality iphones but you cant have latest technologies and essential functions.

As I. Say before nokia needs to offer capacitive high end nseries phone for the capacitive screen lovers!
I don't use stylus to write, paint and accuracy on resistive does not mean much to me!
N97, 5800, 5530, and n900 -resistie
