we'd better not speak about the n91 problemz, bcuz the whole phone s**ks, each day having new problems, really got tired
this is my 1st nokia & of course will b the last 1.

Shane, put ur favorite tone in the tools\file manager\phone memory\sound clips\tones folder, then it will b added 2 the list so that u can choose it .

any1 know how to change message tone to ones you get sent only a few options available which are originals already stored in phone.

I m a n91 user from last five months, i used all SE walkman series phone except w 950, after lot of observations i can safely say that N91 have a great audio quality its unbittable. what problem u have faced its seen very rarely . no this type of problem are seen before,i suggest u exchange ur phone with another n91,after that i hope u will appriciate this phone,becauze its deserve it. N91 allround a very nice feauture embadded phone as well ae it have extremely strong music phone. N91 ALWAYS RULZ.

I just updated my software to 2.10.013 it is faster and the loudspeaker is better but the problems tht is still bothering me are
1)themes dont work good unless u restart
2)Music player dont change with the themes always on default theme
3)They must find a solution for the gallery because it is annoying the time it takes i think if they make the gallery without the songs from music player it will be much faster

ı ve used many mobiles phones ı ve never regret for any of them that ı bought except n 91.ıts really bad phone,ı need to get an answer from nokia asap.ıt ereases all memory and messages by ıt self,screen freezez,it turns of and on while im talking on the phone.hope to hear from nokia concerning this wrong product asap.best regards

I keyed in *#0000# on my N91 & got the version. Looks like old version. My version is V1.00.028.13 (29-3-06) RM-43. I have downloded the NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER but each time i check it, it tells me no "NO SOFTWARE UPDATES FOR YOUR PHONE". What is the latest software and how can i get them?

I have to agree that the N91 does have its faults...wrt video calling, flash, freezing etc. But its still one hell of a phone.

If you notice the N91 battery life is around about 2days!
BL-5C - 2 Days
BL-6C - 3 - 5 Days
Why not use a BL-6C battery? Im currently usin it on my N91 n i get 3 - 4 days out of it. it lasts longer than BL-5C. BL-6C battery is used in E70 a powerful phone wid 16bit colour screen.
BL-5C = 970mah
BL-6C = 1070mah

Great for the 4Gb of storage, but as a phone is quite regular. too small number keys, i must use a match to click when calling. Also 2mp camera, WITHOUT A FLASH!!!! damn nokia guys did investet in the harddrive, but got greedy, when asking about the phone and camera itself features... I'm just waiting for the n95 to get out the market.

The handset producers think that most of people use earset if they want to listen to music. That's why only some handset have loud external speaker like Nokia 6270, 3250, 6233, N73 and SE W550/600. But other models are not.
But in reality,most people want also to listen music without earset.
