No. I tried to update firmware of my N91-5 (4GB). I get the message that firmware is updated only - v 2.20.008. The updated version is for 8GB model only.
From other forum, I got link for this updated firmware for 8GB which is:

Can I update my firmware? Any anticipated problem? What advantages you got after updation to this latest firmware? Pappy is silent now a days. Other's opinion also please.

N91 is a very osam mobile its look is good nd the best part of the mobile is the music player its very very good i think comparing to all other mobile this N91 is very osam mobile..............

yes its sure, n91's fimware is upgradeble.As i said v3.10 is the latest one and its a final version for n91&n91 8gb.before this upgradation my phone had 2.20.
so go ahead and update your n91 with the latest one.

Are you sure? Firmware for n91 is upgraded? I've n91-5 and my firmware is 2.20.008 (RM-158).

but it has wifi !!!!

i like the design.. great metallic housing... but it has only 256k color display and the software is not that hightect

I had a chance to play with both phones(iphone 3g,innov8).I am a hardcore music lover,thats why i have n91 since the launch.iphone and innov8 have a good sound quality no dought,but sorry to say both phones failed in terms of sound quality when compared to legendary n91,n91 have a very special sound quality.which is not comparable to any other music phones in the world.so trust me n91 8gb is sounded far far better than iphone 3g and innov8.

Could be Samsung INNOV8 better in audio quality than our N91? GSM Arena make a review and they said it's sound quality is very good. I've read in some sites that Iphone 3g is very good too. Is that true? I'm a music lover and still waiting for a just replacement for my N91. I don't like samsungs, they're better than SE IMO, but if Nokia delay the announcement for too much time I'll get the INNOV8 or Iphone 3g and maybe the N97 (the dream phone)

Jessna, 02 Dec 2008hi i love this phone to death but my front cover came off ... moredo not use superglue bcos after gluing it is going to be whitish at the back and then the screen would not longer be visible instead use a glue or gum that takes time before u stick both of them together eg the type u use in gluing shoe or lets say leather.

If you are concern about great sound quality then go for only n91,because n81 is not sounding like n91 infact its nowhere to n91.
