I read so many comments regarding the camera and the obsession with mega pixels.Go to any photography forum or expert and I can guarantee you they will tell you pixel count is not the be all and end all,infact many 4mp camera's produce better photo's than 6 or 7mp ones.A good example of this is the sharp 903 3.2mp camera takes better photo's than the n95.

To Bernie,
To check if you have dead pixels take a photo. Open it on the largest resolution.
Load it onto your PC and print it you should still see the dots on the photo

If it is dead pixels you need to have the unit replaced.

i cant send it to the shop i bought it cause i bought it overseas if i upgrade my software is there a chance it will work

all the people who have faulty n95 just go on to the nokia website an find your nearest nokia care centre shop an either take it to them or send it to them an they should repair it or give you a new handset an even upgrade your firmware as your n95 comes with a 12th month warranty

to bernie: take it now to the service, it could be 2 things: hardware problem of the camera, or software probles. take it now and they will help you for free(nokia center)(or go to your cellphone seller)

hi! can anyone help if the flash can be turned on during video filming? the best one is to switch to night mode but only the redeye light turns on and thus the scene is still dark. Please help. thanks.

r u kiddin me? its amazing!! ders no fone in the world thats evn close to it. The k850 is the closest and it dusn evnb come close. the screen on that is utter crap. This fone is lengendary. The 8 gb has the same RAM size, and so it will lag with so much memory used.

dont even think of this damn model - n95. its the worst cell that i even seen. from the day i bought it, it's giving me terrible pain. i do not suggest this model.

just bought N95 yesterday,tried it for a couple of minutes and realise that it's the phone for me..super cool gadget..no regrets..

there are many changes in 8gb
more ram 64mb to 128mb
hardware changes
default search on internet as well as phone content
software tweaks
change in full menu interface
and many more changes so wait for a while and go for the 8gb

hello, i was planing to buy this phone or 8gb version, and i have read a review on mobile-review.com.
i have a couple of cuestions:
1)what is slow, taking the picture, or waiting the procesing???(because i dont care waiting if the picture is in the phone)
2) how is the cuality of the music whit the stereo speakers???( because the review say this "with volume turned full blast you will surely notice sound distortions"(whit the stereo speakers)is this real???
3)how is the sound cuality whit headphones?? i have read that is bad(i own a n91)but i dont expect so much of this phone, so it is bad???
4)how protected is the screen: can the dust get inside, It gets scratched easily???
Please, I need your answers to take my final decision
