This is the truth about this Phone.If I believe those negative comments i would have not buy this N95.1. Battery life is not for 24 hours my stand by took me mine for 4 days.2. it does not freeze.3.It does not have heeze sound during voice call.3 VERDICT great phone among nokia product.
TRY TELLING THAT TO THE SERVICE PROVIDERS-THE RETURN RATE IS ASTONISHING!

Got a Black fascia an battery cover an looks su perb on my N95 just got to get some people on Ebay just to get the Back made in Black an it would look Brilliant,The touch screen Nokla N95 on ebay looks identical with the back cover in Black but will not fit the original N95 what a sickener so will keep looking till someone gets the back made in Black

Just got my n95 a week ago. The phone is absolutely brilliant. It never freezes and I have to say is the fastest N-series phone out there. The only truth comment is the construction of the sliding mechanizm. Those who saying it's ugly has no clue about design what so ever. It is one of the best designed phones ever! The size is perfect. This phone for MAN not for kids. It fits
perfectly in the palm of your hand & feels like a million dollars. Don't listen to that crap. If you like to be on top of the things this baby for you.

SE K850i has been surpassed, eclipsed and thoroughly beaten by the N95 because of the latter's plethora of features. Nokia are trying to build the quintessential all-in-one device whereas SE are attempting to squeeze every last penny out of their customers by having a K-series and a Walkman series when a high-end multimedia phone should have a good camera AND good music system in the SAME phone. SE are suggesting we need to buy two phones to get sound and vision. SE's pretence at cameraphones is ridiculous when it does not have optical zoom. To add insult to injury they were too stingy to include VGA(30fps) camcording. Cock up; total cock up!

to be honest - most ppl that have the n95, say bad things about the phone. so it must be true. its only logical. all nokia fans (just like i was once). try using a sony and trust me, u will never go back.

this is my second replacement N95 in seven days
freezes during calls and switches off and on at it's own perril seems not to quite cope....
brilliant sales features(gps ect.) pitty nokia didnt test it for at least a month to see if it works !!!
now maybe samsung or E65nokia(but Im Scared)
DISSAPOINTED ALLWAYS BEEN A NOKIA FAN..now????

Ok. as this device trully is a piece of the future, i continue to respect all aspects of all your opinions. But can can you honestly tell me there is a better " over all " cell phone out there? i know i am still searching.!!!

to clk250.at last one person which say the truth-batery is to weak-nokia do something,we need 1600mah battery to work with n95 and n73.my 1100mah n73 battery is much powerful ,but i watch tv using a wodafone options-have cnn,mtv,eurosport,cartoonnetwork-i must recharge battery/if watch several minutes tv/every 6ahrs.if somebody have some problem whith n95 please say the truth,becouse i"m going to change soon my n73 whit n95.is truth that slider is to weak,gps dont have voise options and is to slow and whit how many capacity work mikro sd card-4gb is possible or not.

What's groundbreaking in the n95?certainly isn't the cpu,screen,pathetic gps chipset,data bus etc etc!Typical Nokia hype!

using n95 from last two month no problem at all never hang up or anything mentioned below.

one draw back is battery time have to charge everyday

ive had this phone from day one and not had a single problem!! as i said NETWORK LOCKED!!
and BTW why are all you 12 yr olds complaining anyway? you not old enough to understand that technology this phone has!

someone said earlier about it being a snail is coorrect,,i think it struggles and when it cannot cope it just freezes so i have to take out battery or it just collapses screen goes white then comes back on again.I am using 2gb sandisk but even opening up gallery seem to be a huge task for this device
