i'm currently using n95, i agree battery life is low on this phone but it's because of it's processor, it's much faster then most of the nseries. Having 330mhz with dual cpu speed so it experience almost 0 lag. Compare to any of the sony like P1, n95 cpu is much faster. And again nothing is perfect. If you have got the money to buy this phone. You could buy a spare battery as well:)

The N95 is still the best out yet an i"ve had no problems at all,Fascias are being sold on Ebay but theres some that are cheap front fascias just with the battery cover with it,an are easy to change,but i wish Nokia would do what they did with the N73 an release an N95 in Black or release a fascia in Black to fit on the N95,as Nokia goes for Silver an Plum which to not a good match so i got the back in Graphite instead

to the person who commented on the ringing sound comeing from the phone when talking, i also hav this problem and so i would advise you to do what im am going to which is to take it bak apart from that its a great phone and would recomend it

Hi.. im jimmy, i live in Venezuela. im buying the n95 this week, i read a lots of information about this phone and i think, this is the best phones of the moment... but the battery are so bad. im looking for the sony ercsson k900 whem he is the n95 fathers!!!!

i m not satisafied with n95. anybody helo me how can improve the camera result of n95,b4 n95 we use n73 is amazing phone.for buying of n95 i spend all my saving.i m ver very disheart from n95

Bro I know u can buy this phone off ebay of other places in Canada but what i meant was that it wont be available in retail stores (i.e. rogers, fido, bell, telus etc.).

I just got this phone and luv it! I have two questions though:- 1. Does the GPS system only work with Wi-Lan? 2. On my screen i have two active applications directly underneath the icons. How do you remove them from the screen?

This is really really the best phone in this moment,maps are good,video and music is exellent,and it is fast fast as no other smart phone!!!! Batery is not good enough but where do you have so good phone which have so small mass??? Camera is exellent both for pictures and video taking!!! Even in multi tasking is great and fast...Just that damm batery... Now i couldn't live without it,after this phone all others look like children play!!!! Best ALL-IN-ONE till this days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in Canada and i have this phone but you cant use the 3G...it also depends where in Canada im in alberta and i have it i got it from unipage...you can also buy it off e-bay
